A conveniently situated and attractively furnished apartment, which is part of a very small complex (12 apartments in all) which is ideal for a family holiday. Situated within walking distance of the beautiful sandy Arenal Beach with colourful shops, lively bars and restaurants. There is a pretty communal pool and grassed garden for the exclusive use of clients. The pool is accessed by a path at the side of the apartment block, within the apartment garden and therefore no roads to cross for children. There is a lift. Situated within walking distance of the beach and close to all amenities. Car hire is available and a car will enable guests to explore this lovely area. However, it is not necessary once at the property. We can arrange for a reasonably priced taxi to and from either Alicante or Valencia Airport if required. Sat TV (BBC, ITV etc and DVD player. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and sitting room which are very efficient.
