This executive style villa is no ordinary rental villa. Decorated to a very high standard this villa will feel like your own home in the sun. A private swimming pool set in beautiful gardens and superb sea views. The gardens are private and safe with a brick built-BBQ and a conservatory with fold back doors for those days when the sun gets a little too much! A great area for evening dining. The villa has a downstairs washroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable lounge with music and Sky TV. A superb property. The villa will provide a superb home for your holiday. 3 double bedrooms each with four poster beds. This is the first year we have rented our villa in Spain and we hope to develop a small group of discerning clients who will perhaps enjoy the villa each year. The property is only 20 mins from Malaga airport, 10 mins from Marbella and Fuengirola and only 15 mins from Puerto Banus. The beautiful Port of Cabopino with its superb beaches is only 5 mins away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Up to 30% discount now available for summer bookings. Excellent discounts for longer winter lets.

Changeover day
Weekends, Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's if possible, however this is flexible.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom, with four poster bed, en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out onto the gardens and pool.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are double bedrooms and have four poster beds with patio doors which lead onto a superb upstairs terrace.
Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
The family bathroom has both a shower and bath.
The downstairs washroom has a toilet and wash hand basin. All bathrooms are beautifully appointed.
Kitchen: The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster and much more. The kitchen also has a table and chairs for easy dining and leads onto a terrace with a large dining facility.
Living Rooms: This superb villa has a large comfortable lounge with sea views, air conditioning/heating a formal dining area, TV, music and Sky. The TV has DVD and video play facilities.
Other: The conservatory leads of the lounge and through to the garden and pool.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The villa is equipped with towels and linen, however we do recommend you bring along beach/pool towels. Maid/cleaning service is weekly but is available more often by request. Other services such as babysitting etc. can be arranged locally.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a slide, swing and climber for young ones. Parents and guardians must supervise children and the owners will accept no responsibility for any accidents which may occur as a result of their use.

Accessibility
The property has a steep drive and as such could be deemed unsuitable for wheel chair access.

Outside
The gardens are very private and provide many sunbathing areas. The gardens to the front of the property have sea views. There is a superb poolside BBQ, private swimming pool, (shallow end 1 metre), sun loungers and cushions are provided. There is a large outdoor table for alfresco dining. The gardens are very pretty with lots of established flowers and trees. The house has a private driveway. Security electric gates and security gate entry phone operated from inside the house. From the house you can walk to the bar and poolside restaurant of The Riviera Hill Club, There is a small supermarket nearby with a large selection of shops and supermarkets only a couple of minutes away by car. The area is residential, private and peaceful and yet only minutes away from lovely beaches and the hustle and bustle of Marbella and Fuengirola.

Coast/Beach
The nicest beaches are approx. 5 mins away by car at Cabopino port. Here you can enjoy lovely beaches, safe bathing in the sea and a superb choice of restaurants and bars. The beachside restaurants are excellent. The nearest beach is approx. 15 mins walk away. Other beautiful beaches can be found at Los Monteros which is approx. 10 mins drive away here you can also find the fabulous La Cabaña Beach Club.The Beach Club offers superb facilities and its Sunday lunches are memorable.

Golf
The villa has many excellent golf courses close by. The nearest ones are Miraflores, Cabopino, La Siesta, Marbella and there is and excellent driving range just 2 mins drive away where the resident pro provides an excellent coaching programme for all ages. Golf can be pre booked by arrangement.

Skiing
Skiing at Sierra Nevada is available it will take approx. 2 hrs from the house and is available from end November - April dependant on snow fall levels.

Special interest holidays
Tennis holidays can be arranged at the Aztec Country Club nearby the villa. Golf lessons and course reservations are also available by arrangement.

Travel
Malaga airport is approx. 20 mins. and the house is very easily found from the airport. Gibralter airport is approx. 50 mins away. The use of a car is highly recommended and can be arranged if required.

Distances
Malaga 20 mins. Marbella 10 mins, Mijas Village 20 mins. Ronda 1 hour, Sevilla 1 hour 45 mins, Granada 1 hour 50 mins. Portugal 4 hours. Access to all places of interest and local towns and villages is excellent form the villa.

Booking notes
Normal booking procedure will involve a initial confirmation of availability of dates etc by email. A booking form will be completed and returned along with confirmation of the transfer of a 20% reservation deposit.

The booking will then be confirmed and full payment is due 12 weeks before departure. A deposit of £200 is payable 8 weeks before departure as a breakage deposit, this is refunded within 4 weeks of the last date of the holiday subject to all being ok with the property.
