Casa Bonita is located in the prestigious ‘Monte de los Almendros’ urbanization just outside the picturesque seaside village of Salobrena on the Costa Tropical on the southern coast of Spain. It is furnished to a very high standard and offers everything you could want for a wonderful family holiday in a peaceful location for up to six people. Accessed from the main road by a secured gate and a short flight of steps through the private garden the villa itself is all on one level.

Changeover day
Booking Friday to Friday. Aarrive after 4pm. Depart before 10am. We can sometimes be flexible if you check first.

100% cotton bed linen and duvet covers. Bath and hand towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided but must stay at the villa. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided weekly. |

No smoking in the villa. Thermostatically controlled electric radiators in bedrooms. Open fire in living room. Access to vommunity swimming pool, children’s pool, hard tennis court and small football pitch are all free to Casa Bonita visitors.

Accessibility
Accessed from main road by a short flight of steps. Villa is all on one level with clear views over pool and pool terrace.
Outside
Private 8x4m heated swimming pool with cover. Large terrace with outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. 6 sun-loungers with cushions. 2 large umbrellas. Outdoor seating area. Pool bar and barbeque. Pool and terrace lighting.
The garden has a mixture of almond, orange, lemon, mango, plum, banana and palm trees. Bird of paradise flowers, jasmine, hibiscus, arum lilies, thymes, lavenders, geraniums, bouganvilleas and verbena.
Coast/Beach
La Caleta beach 5 minute drive. Salobrena beaches 10 minute drive. Almunecar beaches 15 minutes drive.
Golf
Los Moriscos 18 hole golf course located ten minutes drive along the coast at Motril.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada Sol y Nieve ski resort is only 75 minutes away.
Travel
Malaga airport 75 mins drive. Granada airport 45 mins drive. Almeria airport 105 mins drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Explore the town of Salobreña which is built upon a hill and crowned by a strategically placed Moorish fortress that dates back to the 10th century.
The old town built underneath the castle is a labyrinth of pretty narrow streets, with white washed houses decorated with colourful floral displays whilst the new part of the town has wide well landscaped roads, with a variety of shops, markets, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, gardens, museum and of course the beaches.
Further details
Visit the beautiful city of Granada with the stunning Alhambra Palace is only 45 mins drive away and well worth a visit. Las Alpujarras along the foothills of the Sierra Nevada with its white villages is 30 mins away. Visit Nerja with its beaches and caves only 30 mins away. See Almunecar with its lively weekly market, bustling old town and botanical gardens only 15 mins away. We have a very experienced Managing Agent who will look after you from your time of booking, introduce you to the villa and is on hand (24 hrs) for any emergencies.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required within 7 days from initial reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date along with a security deposit of £200 in case of breakages or damage or electricity (winter lets only). For Winter lets (October to April) electricity used will be charged at cost (0.10 euros per Kwh). Pool heating will be charged at cost (0.10 euros per Kwh). If no deductions are required, your security deposit will be refunded in full to you.
