Private, beautifully presented villa with shady salon/living area and well equiped kitchen/diner, both opening on to an arabic style patio with vines, fountain and eating area. One bathroom to the ground floor. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 en-suite). To the first floor there is a sun terrace leading to the garden and tiled pool area. The property is rustic in style with wooden shuttered windows and terracotta flooring throughout. In the garden, shrubs, fig, lemon and orange trees provide a perfect backdrop for mountain views.

Changeover day

The property and pool are cleaned before and during each rental and additional cleans can be done by request. All towels and bedding are provided. |
Notes on accommodation
There is an open wood fire for winter months as well as central heating throughout.
The property is designed to keep cool indoors in the hotter months but room fans are also provided.
This is a perfect villa for family holidays though particular attention should be given at all times to small children around stairs and pool areas.

Accessibility
We regret that this villa is not suitable for wheelchair uses. All bedrooms are on the first floor.
Outside
Decorative iron/tiled tables and chairs, four wooden sun loungers and a shaded pergola are provided for the main garden. The tiled pool is 10 x 5 metres and maintained all year round. There is a shower area, lighting and space for a bar b que. The lower, arabic style patio offers shade with extensive pergolas and vines.
Coast/Beach
It takes 20-25 minutes by car to reach the beaches along the Costa del Sol. This area is still unspoilt and not at all commercial. There are a variety of local run beach front bars and restaurants. Bikes and sun beds can be hired by the hour.
Golf
There are three golf courses within 20 minutes drive.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is open from mid December to early April. By car, this will take 50 minutes to reach and is a very popular resort.
Travel
Granada airport is the nearest within 30 mins drive from the villa. Malaga airport is approx 1.5 hrs drive away on the new autovia.
Buses are regularly available from both.
Distances
Chite is situated in the Lecrin valley. The closest village is a ten minute walk or 3 minutes by car. Another ten villages are accessible within ten minutes drive.
A mini bus service can be arranged for evenings out or trips to the beach should you require.
Further details
All amenities such as banks, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, post office, doctors, churches, cultural centres and local olive museums are found within a three minute drive. Local fiestas provide entertainment at various times throughout the year.

A deposit can be paid in the UK and full payment should be made 6 weeks before departure. For short notice bookings, payment can be made on arrival. Minimum booking period is 3 nights. Additional services such as a welcome pack or airport pick up can be arranged.
