The property sleeps 4 and has a new luxury kitchen and shower room. The apartment is located in the popular Cap Marti area of Javea and is only a 15 minute walk to beach area and has easy access to several golf courses in the area.

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the ground floor and the same level as the pool area.
Outside
There is a 10m x 5m pool with a vast terrace area for sunbathing and outside dining. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided and a table tennis table is available for use by guests. There is secure parking and entry to the property is by way of an electronic gate.
Coast/Beach
Cala Blanca beach with its charming promenade and coves is only 5 mins walk. The Arenal a beautiful sandy bay with a gentle slope to the sea is accredited by the World Health Organisation and is blue flag standard. Monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol the beach is ideal for all ages. Beside the beach is a promenade lined with bars and restaurants offering everything from live bands to traditional restaurants.
Golf
The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses: 5 of which are less than half an hour's drive away. Javea itself has 2, the internationally renowned 18 hole course at La Sella and a local 9 hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views over the ‘landmark’ Montgo mountain. There are further 9 hole courses at Moraira and Altea and a new 18 hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva. There are also very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18 hole championship links course at El Saler.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are just over an hour away and Murcia is about 1 hour 40 mins. The regular local bus takes you direct from your apartment to the Arenal beach, port or the old town with all the local attractions.
Distances
The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk and the old town centre and port area of Javea are a 10 minute drive from the villa. Alicante, Valencia, Calpe and Benidorm are all easily accessible as well as a number of beauiful mountain villages including Guadalest and the waterfalls at Fuentes S'Algar.
Further details
The Arenal area of Javea boasts many shops and restaurants offering meals for a variety of tastes and budgets. The fishing port in Javea is beautiful with a large marina, cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beached. The historic old town with its lovely white houses and cobbled streets is a typical unspoilt Spanish town with a quiet and relaxing ambience and has many traditional Tapas bars and a weekly market. Less than 30 mins away there are many attractions for all ages, including a Safari Park, Mundomar an Animal Water Park, Aqualandia a themed Swimming Park and Terra Mitica a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
Booking notes
A deposit of one third of booking price is required at the time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. Bank transfers are the preferred method. A refundable security and breakages deposit of 150 euros is payable in cash at the commencement of your stay.
