Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible according to availability. Check in is usually 16.00 hrs and check out is usually 10.00 hrs. Obviously if the accommodation is ready prior to your arrival you can check in earlier and check out later if convenient.

| Utility Room: | There is no separate utility room, however there is a washing machine and plenty of room to dry your washing on the terrace. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and hand towels are provided however we do request that you bring your own beach towels. Bed linen is also provided. There will be a weekly clean and change of towels and linen. |
Notes on accommodation
This is an excellent location for families with children. The communal pool has a "child friendly" lifeguard. The poolside bar arrange evening entertainment to include all the family. Quiz nights, live music etc. There are also a number of other restaurants and bars within walking distance if you didn't fancy going into town for the evening.
Accessibility
Once inside this property everything is easily accessible, there is a walk in shower in the huge en suite bathroom. However there are a number of steps leading to the property that a severely disabled person may find difficult.
Outside
This property has a small private garden with grassed area and lemon and orange trees and two private terraces, one covered with patio furniture, the other with reclining sun chairs. There are fantastic, well kept communal gardens surrounding the community and the swimming pool area. The swimming pool is open from Easter to end of October.
Coast/Beach
Nerja is surrounded by a number of famous beaches. Our nearest is Playazo beach with is approximately a 10 minute walk from the property. There are sun loungers on the beach with parasols, if required or you can just sit wherever you like. There are also a number of children's play areas and adult's exercise areas along this beach together with a number of local beach bars and restaurants offering excellent paella, sardines and of course sangria!
Golf
There are a number of golf courses available within 15 minutes from the property. Baviera being the nearest. Then we have Anoreta about 20 minutes and obviously you have the Malaga golf courses approximately 1 hour drive.
Skiing
The nearest ski resort is in Granada, approximately 45-60 minutes drive from Nerja. However some families like to leave certain parties sunbathing whilst they go off skiing for the day. You can please all the people all the time, you know!
Travel
Malaga is our nearest airport, approximately a 45 minute drive. We can arrange taxi transfers for 65 euros each way or car hire. Granada airport is approximately 60 minutes drive. Again we can arrange taxi transfers for 100 euros each way or car hire.
You can also get a bus from the Malaga airport to Malaga Bus station and another bus to Nerja.
Further details
There are 9 km of beaches, including the internationally famous Burriana Beach that has once again been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union for its clean beach.
Nerja used to be described as the Costa del Sol’s best-kept secret but there’s an alley off the Balcon between the hotel and the church, which leads to Nerja’s best-kept secret, Playa El Salon that many regular visitors to the town never find. Further west are Playa La Torrecilla and Playa El Playazo, both of which can be reached down Avda Castilla Pérez, one of Nerja’s busiest streets.
A place still exists on the Costa del Sol, which lies between small coves untouched by development and surrounded by impressive mountain scenery. Much of Nerja’s charm comes from its narrow winding streets and white washed buildings. You can enjoy yourself to the full all year round with its warm climate and take advantage of the relaxed way of life.
