Beautifully restored, self-catering apartment right in the centre of Barcelona minutes from the Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. Original decorative, tiled floors, moulded ceilings but modern bathrooms (ensuite) and kitchen, double glazing, central heating, air-con, all mod cons. This family apartment has two bedrooms, a double and twin, each with its own small ensuite bathroom (shower, basin and wc). The lounge has satellite TV and the kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment looks onto the interior patios and so is not the brightest place in daylight but you get a great night's sleep even being right in the centre of Barcelona and that's a real find! Fantastic apartment in a great location.

Special events abound I'm afraid. Things like major conferences, Formula 1, MotoGP events, Bread and Butter, Sonar, etc. If these fall in low season then it becomes high season.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is very well equipped and has been tested by many French and Italian guests so really it is fine! 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, large marble sink, dishwasher, washing machine, full set of crockery, utensils and pans, etc... |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge-dining room with sofa, armchair and small dining table to seat four. There is also a stereo CD player (with mp3 attachment) satellite UK freeview on widescreen TV, DVD player, games, books... The bed is not a sofabed. |

Accessibility
Although the apartment has a lift we do not recommend the apartment for disabled visitors as there are some awkward steps down to the lift ad they are not easily negotiated in a wheelchair.
Coast/Beach
You can walk to the beach in about 20-25 minutes.
