A pretty architect designed villa situated 1km from the village of Lliber on the road leading to Gata de Gorgos (a town famous for the making of cane furniture). The villa is situated in a small valley and is one of only a few villas all set in their own grounds and surrounded by almond trees and grape vines thus ensuring privacy. The villa has good road access with secure parking within locked gates. The 8x4m pool has underwater lighting for late evening bathing, sun loungers, gazebo, table and chairs and large Spanish barbecue. It is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday and the perfect place to chill out, the pool area is private and not overlooked by any other villas. It is only a short drive to the best Blue Flag beaches in the northern Costa Blanca, 15 mins Calpe, 20 mins Javea and Moraira, 30 mins Denia the car ferry port to Ibiza.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred change over date but not set in stone. Available from 3.00 on day of arrival vacate by 10.30 on day of departure. We will be happy to help with early arrivals and late departures.

Outside
1 acre garden with mature palms, pomegranate, lemon and almond trees, very private and not overlooked, large pool patio with gazebo and 8 x 4 private illuminated swimming pool with roman steps entrance. Spanish barbecue, pool side furniture and terrace furniture. At the rear of the property is an apartment that is used by the owners, it has separate entrance and garden and in no way intrudes on the privacy of guests. The owners do not use the pool or any of the facilities above. They are available for help or information if needed. The owners apartment is available for winter lets January to March. Coast/Beach
15/20 mins drive to popular coastal resorts all with blue flag beaches - Javea, Calpe, Moraira, Denia.
Golf
A number of golf courses within 20/45 min drive. Javea, Oliva,
Bonalba, La Sella.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports approx 1 hour by car. Car essential. Lots of local car hire firms. Help with car hire if needed.
Distances
Nearest village 0.75km, large supermarket 3km, The town of Jalon 3kms has a super local market on a Tuesday, and a rastro on Saturdays, Calpe and Moriara short drive 15/20mins. Port of Denia 12kms. with ferries to Ibiza and Majorca. The Jalon Valley is a beautiful part of the Costa Blanca and inland there are lots of pretty villages with local produce on sale, also the best Spanish restaurants around.

Casa Mirasol is a hidden gem. A tastefully appointed villa with gorgeous surrounding gardens and one of the best pools I have seen in Spain. There are plenty of little restaurants and bars a short drive away as well as good sized supermarket. If the beach is more to your liking or a little more nightlife is required there are a host of resorts large and small less than 25 mins drive away. I recommend Casa Mirasol to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. (The Wallace family Darlington.)
