Accessibility
Although this is a ground floor apartment, access to the block is via stairs with a lift available once inside. You can access the terrace of the property through the gardens if you cannot use the stairs.

Outside
The terrace leading from the living area has an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6 and a BBQ. There are also loungers and chairs for sunbathing. There is seating available on the terraces leading from the bedrooms. There are 3 communal pools in the complex, the nearest one located next to the apartment. Shared gardens.

Coast/Beach
The beaches of Fuengirola are approx 6kms in one direction with the beaches of La Cala the same distance in the other direction.

Golf
Located next to Los Olivos Golf Course, and a 5 minute drive to Santana Golf course, this is a golfers paradise. The famous La Cala golf and beautiful Alhaurin Golf are both within 15 minutes drive with many other courses only 25 minutes away by car.

Airport - Malaga 27kms. Car hire is recommended.

There are many excellent restaurants in the area, with Venta Morena just 5 minutes down the road. There is also Venta La Torre across the road which is good for a drink and tapas. Also across the road is a popular BBQ area which also has a bar that serves food.
There are many attractions in the area including; numerous bars and restaurants in Fuengirola and La Cala. Ferry trips to Benalmadena or North Africa from Fuengirola. Tennis clubs. Bowling clubs. Horse riding. Go-carting. Water sports. Water parks and theme parks. Fuengirola Zoo and Selwo Safari. There are also various coach trips to Granada, Seville, Nerja and Rhonda which are all worth a visit

Deposit of £150 is payable on booking by bank transfer which will be refunded on inspection after departure. On arrival full balance is payable in euros.

Lovely apartment with fantastic pool, beautiful views over the golf course and a good size veranda perfect for summer barbeques. Great Location within a short driving distance of the beach at La Cala and the beautiful historic village of Mijas. We really enjoyed our holiday and have booked to come back again this year in July!

About the owner
After coming to this part of Spain for many years, we decided to buy an apartment when our eldest daughter moved here permanently. We come out usually 2 or 3 times a year for 4-6 weeks at a time. I am retired and my husband has his own business so we are able to enjoy longer breaks. We spend the rest of the year at our home in Fife, Scotland.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My husband is a keen golfer and this area is perfect for him, having 2 courses on the doorstep and within easy reach of numerous others. For my part, it is a 5 minute drive into Fuengirola where there are many shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and lovely beaches or 5 minutes in the other direction to the lovely beach side town of La Cala. The main road running along the coast is only a few minutes drive making everywhere very accessible. However, with our golf and mountain views, it gives the impression of being in a rural setting.

Unique benefits of the property
There are shops directly opposite the apartment including a convenience store, dry cleaners and a friendly bar. There is also a public barbeque area with a bar/cafe.
