This stunning stretch of the Costa Blanca coast is a short distance to the lovely town of Altea. The house is situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to many leisure facilities for all tastes and ages! The house itself is of town house style and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms and bathroom, kitchen, lounge/dining area, cloak room and kitchen. There are three private terraces for relaxed dining or enjoying the sun! The house is very comfortable and includes everything you would want to make it 'home from home' and is air-conditioned. There is a sunny, quiet and private communal pool and gardens.

Coast/Beach
The house is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and the Luis Campomanes Marina, with a selection of bars, restaurants and water sports. There are many more sandy and pebbly beaches a short 10 - 15 minute drive away in both directions along the coast road.

Travel
Alicante airport is approximately 60km (45 mins) south and Valencia approximately 120km (75 mins) north. The use of a car is recommended.

Distances
The lovely town of Altea is a 5 - 10 minute drive away, originally a fishing village, but now a bustling cosmopolitan town. There are restaurants and bars both along the promenade and within the town. Narrow lanes of white washed houses and gourmet restaurants wind up the hill to the cobbled square with bustling pavement cafes around the blue domed Church of La Virgen de la Conseulo.

Further details
There is a local supermarket within walking distance (seasonal) and a larger supermarket (Masymas) and cash point 1.5km distance. The Luis Campomanes marina with its bars and restaurants is approximately 1km and a short walk away. Although the house is situated in a quiet residential area, there is easy access to many leisure facilities including golf, fishing, cycling, beaches, water sports, walking, spa facilities, restaurants, beautiful countryside and cultural visits.
The lovely town of Altea is close by and the hilltop fortress village of Guadalest is a short drive through stunning countryside. The city of Valencia offers lots to see and is well worth a visit. There are a number of attractions for children of all ages! These include a water park, Terra Mitica theme park and Safari park within a short drive away.

Booking notes
We would request that booking is confirmed by completion of a booking form and with a 25% deposit. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure, along with a security deposit of £100. The keys will then be sent out and on their return the deposit refunded. The housekeeper will meet guests within 24 hours of arrival. A folder of relevant and useful information is available in the house.

Guest comments
The town house is spacious, light and decorated to a very high standard, its location was perfect, wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding area with private balconies so you can just relax and unwind. The sheared pool is great for spending a quite day just chilling out but you are only 10 minutes from Altea or Calpe which has fantastic beaches and was fantastic for dining out either by the sea or in the very picturesque old part of Altea.
We had a wonderful Holiday and would recommend this house and location to anyone who wants to be able to relax and enjoy the sun but to be close enough to all local attractions so you can have the right mix of adventure and relaxation that any great holiday has to have to keep a family happy.
