This recently built apartment, adjacent to the swimming pool complex with its own bar/bistro looks out south westward towards the distant Sierra Bernia mountains. A patio with table and chairs stretches the width of the apartment. The patio is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Fully furnished with an open plan kitchen. The swimming pools are for sole use of residents and guests during the season and have a large number of sun beds available. The nearby town of Moraira is 10 mins easy drive away with a large free off street car park. There are numerous restaurants, bars, banks, pedestrianised streets with a variety of shops. There is a large outdoor market every Friday morning. The whole area lends itself to a peaceful holiday.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with bedside cupboards and 1 wardrobe with shelves. A patio door opens directly onto the patio.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and 1 compact wardrobe with shelves with 1 bedside cupboard.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 contains toilet, wash basin and shower with sliding panel door.
Bathroom 2 contains toilet, wash basin and bath. There is also a cupboard with a washing machine installed.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob unit, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, George Foreman grill, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
Living Rooms: The living room is quite large and has a leather look 3 seater sofa with matching armchair. Dining table with 4 chairs. Nest of coffee tables. Sideboard with TV and DVD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
For hygiene reasons we ask guests to bring their own towels. Bedlinen is provided and the apartment and linen is cleaned on a weekly basis. There is a retractable washing line fitted in the patio with cloths pegs in a kitchen drawer.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is ideal for a couple or family. There is also a travel cot (without bedlinen) for any visitor with a baby. Air-conditioning is installed in the living room and both bedrooms.

Accessibility
The apartment is accessed down several steps from road level and may be unsuitable for persons with mobility problems.

Outside
The larger of the 2 nearby pools has a life guard during the high season and the smaller pool, itself quite big, has a separate kiddies paddling area. There are shower facilities and toilets. The bar/bistro is in the corner of the pool complex and is open all day and into the evening/night as required.

Coast/Beach
There is a large, beautiful sandy beach in Moraira with others only a short distance away at El Portet, Javea, Altea and also Benidorm which is about 30 mins driving. The beach area at Moraira also includes a children's play area.

Golf
There are golf courses nearby at Javea (18 holes) and Moraira (9 holes).

Travel
Nearby airports include Alicante and Valencia both about 1hrs driving and Murcia which is about 1.5hrs driving. A car is essential and advice on car hire can be provided together with concise navigation instructions.

Further details
Cumbre del Sol and nearby Moraira provide everything that is needed for a relaxing holiday. All shops and other amenities are virtually on the door step. Inland there are numerous places of interest to see. Guadalest with its hill top village is absolutely amazing.

Booking notes
Booking to be made direct with the owners. 25% deposit is required with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. £100 returnable cheque is required to cover any (serious) breakage and/or loss of the swimming pool access key.
