This tastefully furnished holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing stress free holiday. It has its own small gated garden for sunbathing, an all day sun terrace to the master bedroom and a west facing terrace to the 2nd bedroom. Lovely gardens for sunbathing, large communal pool and baby pool. Underground parking. A short walk takes you to the hustle of the Arenal beach, a beautiful gently slopping beach perfect for families fronted by many bars and restaurants. The chirinquetos (beach bars) line the walk and are ideal to watch the sunset at. The nearest is 2 mins away. The port with cocktail bars, traditional Spanish restaurants and Club Nautica is a 15 mine walk. Everything you need, including the supermarket is within walking distance so as we can arrange airport pick up you do not need a car. This is flexible so you are not tied to Saturday's which means the flights area lot cheaper.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 takes all the 2nd floor, super king bed and en-suite. Double doors to private terrace with all day sun. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, doors leading to west facing private balcony. Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 x single beds |
| Bathrooms: | 3 large family bathrooms, one on each floor, all with baths and shower. The bathroom to the master bedroom is en-suite. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven microwave and dishwasher. Large upright George Foreman we use for outside grilling. Tea, coffee and basics are supplied. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, iron and ironing board together with cleaning materials. |
| Living Rooms: | Large sitting dining area leather L shaped settee and coffee table make this a relaxing area. Dining table and chairs with archway through to kitchen. TV, DVD player and sound system. Internet connection. |
| Other: | Covered veranda to the front with dinning table and chairs for 6, ideal for breakfast or for some shade. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned between lets. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. There are beach towels available to borrow but please return them to the cupboard clean. A food pack can be arranged if ordered prior to arrival. Babysitting is also available. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is on the Altimar 1 a highly desirable complex. The communal pools and gardens are lovely and there is lots of room for sunbathing. There are 6 portable loungers and 2 loungers on the top terrace and 2 in the private garden, it is really is a sunbathers dream. The houses are mainly Spanish owned with a few English residents so it tends to be quiet.

Accessibility
The entrance to the property has steps so some mobility is required although the walks to the Arenal and Port are flat. The Arenal beach is very wide and slopes gently so is ideal for young and old.
Outside
The garden is gated and is secure. There are 2 loungers in the garden area and 2 on the private terrace on the top floor together with a table and 4 chairs. The main veranda has a table with 6 chairs and there are 6 portable loungers and numerous emergency chairs.
Coast/Beach
The house is second line beach front so it is only minutes to the rocky beach and a 10 minute stroll to the beautiful Arenal beach.
Golf
There are 2 golf course locally, Javea 9 hole couse and The Marriott 18 hole. Both approximately 10 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
There are 3 excellent scuba diving companies near by. Motor boats can be hired a 5 mins walk away and there are peddloes on the Areanl beach. There are 2 play platforms one on the Arenal and at the Port beach. The tennis club is 7mins away and a few crazy golf course, not to mention the fairground.
Travel
You can fly to Alicante and Valancia airports. The drive is approx 1 hour from each. There are numerous reasonable car hire companies at both airports. A car is not essential as we can arrange airport pick ups and once at the house everything is within walking distance.

Great for family, grandparents kids and us and yes Thai restaurant was the best we have ever had but we loved Pepes to, and both a short walk away, stagger back. Rod and Family
