Changeover day
Changeover days are normally on Saturday unless otherwise agreed.

| Kitchen: | The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge is equipped with TV and DVD served by cable. There is ample comfortable seating for up to 6 people on the 2 leather seatees, 1 of which is a sofabed. There is a dining area also in the lounge. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and bath towels are provided for use within the apartment. Cleaning and linen is provided on changeover days unless agreed otherwise. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment benefits from full central heating for out of season lets. There is also air conditioning in the lounge.
Accessibility
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for those who have mobility problems. There is also a lift from the underground car park.
Outside
There is a large shared pool set amongst the landscaped gardens.
The terrace is well equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the outside atmosphere and overlooks the pool.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches situated on the outstanding Mar Menor are just minutes away from Roda resort.
Guests of Roda also have the exclusive use of the beach resort located on the famous La Manga strip.
The beaches of Los Alcazares have long promenades and calm waters. There are many conveniently located, small tapas bars offering locally prepared food and beers.
The beach offers many watersport activites including wind surfing and jet skiing.
Golf
The apartment is just a short stroll from the championship golf course and clubhouse.
The new clubhouse offers unrivalled coaching facilities and is home to the regions Professional Golf Association.
Roda has already been host to a number of international tournaments. There are also a host of other courses to enjoy that are located very close by.
Travel
Roda is situated within easy reach of San Javier Airport (Murcia), which is served by several of the low cost airlines. Transfer from the airport is around 10 minutes by taxi.
Car hire is available at the airport or we can arrange for airport transfers (payable locally).
Distances
Roda resort is just a couple of kilometers from Los Alcazares where a variety of shops, restaurants and bars can be found.
The historical cities of Murcia and Cartegena are easily accessed where stylish shopping and mediterranean cuisine can be found.
Booking notes
A 10% deposit is required to confirm bookings.
Balance of the booking is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit (refundable) is payable with the balance.
There is a cleaning charge of 40 payable also with the balance.
