Changeover day
Flexible during off peak months. Saturday - Saturday is preferred during the main holiday season. Departing guests must vacate the property by 10am to allow cleaning of the villa. Arriving guests can arrive at the villa from 2pm.

The villa is fitted with gas central heating and an air-conditioning unit is fitted in the lounge. The villa is ideal for a large family or 2 separate families with children.
Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Out from the kitchen door is a few steps down to the private swimming pool, which is south facing and sees the sun all day. The pool is 8m x 4m. There is a stone built barbecue with table, chairs and sun brolly. The villa has numerous sunbeds for sole use of the guests. The villa has electric gates and off road parking.
Coast/Beach
The Villa is situated 10 minutes drive to the best Blue Flag beaches on the Costa Blanca. With the best Blue Flag beaches on the Costa Calida and the Mar Menor only 20 minutes driving. The Famous Salinas (Salt Lakes) and there healing ways for Rheumatoid/Arthritic sufferers are only 20 minutes away.
Golf
The villa is surrounded between 4 golf courses, Las Ramblas, Villamartin, La Finca and Campoamor, 5-10 mins distance away. Lo Romero, Roda, Mar Menor, Hacienda Riquelme, El Valle, La Serena and Mosa Trajectum are 15-30 mins distance away. The world famous Hyatt La Manga Golf is only 40 minutes by car.
Travel
Murcia Airport is the closest only 20 minutes away.
Alicante Airport is 45 minutes away.
Both accessible by motorway.
Car hire is essential to see the beauty of the area.
Although airport transfers can be arranged through the owner.
Distances
The villa is situated 20 minutes from the Mar Menor(small sea)a large lagoon ,which is very safe for young children and very popular for all kinds of water sports which are readily available. Torrevieja is only 20 minutes drive by car which has a water park, cinema, bowling lots of bars/restaurants for all the family. 1 and 1/2 hours drive is Benidorm which has Terra Mitica water park and Mundimar sea life/wild life park.
Further details
San Miguel Village which is full of Spanish charm is only 3 mins drive by car, typical Spanish cuisine is plentiful aswell as many typical tapas bars among the English,Indian and Chinese restaurants. Banks, Supermarkets, Chemists, 24 Hour Health Centre, Paper Shops etc are all within the village. Villa Martin plaza is 5 minutes drive by car which boasts many bars/restaurants & entertainment for all the family.
On the main road into Torrevieja is go-karting for all ages.
A Lidl a Carrefour and Aldi supermarkets are also nearby.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking (Non Refundable). Final balance is to be paid 8 weeks before travel. £200 Sterling breakages deposit required to be paid before your arrival. Which is returned Within 14 Days after the property has been checked. A charge of 80 euros is required for cleaning which has to be paid upon your arrival.
