Changeover day
Changeover day can be flexible by arrangement, access to the villa any time after 2pm but would ask visitors to vacate by 10am on day of departure.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and en-suite. Bedroom 3 Master bedroom extra large king size oval bed and en-suite. Bedroom 4 will accommodate 3 single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | All bathrooms have bath, wash basin, toilet and bidet but the en-suite to the master bedroom has a separate shower, the others has shower over the bath. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen has microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, everything you will need for self-catering. |
| Living Rooms: | Open-plan lounge has three piece suite, dining table and chairs, colour satellite TV and DVD player. |
| Other: | Separate dining room with dining table and chairs to accommodate 6. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included, except beach towels. The property is cleaned every week, clean towels and linen provided once per week or as required. |

Travel
The property is situated 50km East of Malaga airport and takes about 40 mins to reach. Use of car is definitely recommeneded.
Distances
It is only a 10 minute drive away from the large towns of Torrox Costa and Nerja, where you will find bars, restaurants, golf, fishing, horse riding, water sports and everything you would expect when on holiday.
Booking notes
Booking are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis but we can be flexible. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required on confirmation of booking and payment of the balance is required 1 month prior to departure.
