Villa Cypressa is a very quiet, modern, spacious villa with large lawns in totally enclosed gardens. It is just 5 mins walk to small local supermarket and restaurant and there is a bus service to the child friendly Javea beach, with its great boardwalk, bars and restaurants. The villa is located in one of the oldest and most prestigious urbanisations in Javea with many local owner/occupiers. Beautiful south facing views all along the Toscal Valley from the two outside eating/living areas which both have optional sun shades. It is close to many golf courses, and places of interest for kids. Very comfortably and recently furnished and until now, only used by us!

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen which includes cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and leads directly to the dining room.
Utility Room: The washing machine is located in the garage, just next to the kitchen and with easy access to the outdoor washing line. The is also an iron and board.
Living Rooms: The living room opens up to the outside, shaded terrace, which has dining table, chairs and BBQ. It has full UK cable TV, DVD/CD player and has comfortable, modern sofas and furnishings. It is open-plan with the dining room which gives a very airy feel.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
House towels and linen are included and are changed weekly with the maid service. Pool/beach towels are to be provided by guests.

The villa has central heating so can be used all year. Intercom to entrance gate. One single bed has removable child bed guard.

Accessibility
The stairs between living and sleeping areas would make this villa unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
Large enclosed, flat lawns totally surround the villa, (great for ball games) and the private 10m x 5m pool is directly next to the main outside living/dining area, (which stays sunny all day), has a large table and chairs and sun loungers. There is a BBQ on both the upper and lower terraces. The villa is accessed by electric gates with an intercom and there is ample parking for cars. The villa is on a no-through road with no passing traffic.

Coast/Beach
Javea beach is about 2km away (bus stop to beach 750m). It is a sandy, child friendly beach with climbing frames on the wide sand, and the water has a gentle slope and is shallow for quite a distance. In the Summer there is a diving boon out to sea, child movies on a large screen on the beach and a nightly market on the boardwalk. Denia and Moraira beaches are both less than 10km away and are both sandy. Javea also has many hidden pebble coves which are less busy in the Summer than the arenal.

Golf
Javea Golf course 10 mins drive. La Sella Golf course and Spa 10-15 mins drive.

Travel
Valencia and Alicante airports 1 hour 15 mins. Car hire is recommended but not essential.

Distances
Javea beach 2 mins drive. Javea town 1km (with banks and larger supermarkets). Javea Old Town (Market day on Thurs) 15 mins drive. Denia 10km. Moraira 10km. Gata de Gorgos (Craft shops) 5km. Valencia 100km. Safari Park 30 mins drive. Benidorm Theme/water parks 40 mins drive. Waterfalls 40 mins drive.

Further details
Javea is a very tourist friendly town. Plenty of UK favorites available alongside traditional Spanish fare. The port area is less busy than the arenal but has great restaurants and bars. There is also rock pooling nearby and beach bars during the Summer. The old town has some great little boutiques and old churches along its little alleyways, and a great fresh meat/fish/veg markets open daily to keep the BBQ going. There is a nightly funfair for the children 5 mins drive from the villa. Benidorm has plenty of theme and water parks, and Valencia has the amazing Arts and Science City, (along with great shopping!). Further inland are villages in the hills full of character and vineyards and the spring waterfalls are very refreshing in the hot Summer!
Javea has many lively fiestas during the year which are enjoyed by locals and tourists alike, and many Spaniards take their holidays here.
