In the centre of Granada in the Albaicín / Sacromonte area. 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, bathroom. 2 air-conditioning units. Private street where you can sit, eat, look at the Alhambra, etc. Has many features that no other house has: computer with FREE always-on permanent WI-FI ADSL 6 mega per second broadband internet connection, video, cable TV with over 60 channels. Loved the house. Perfect for independent types who like privacy, peace and quiet in the middle of the Albaicin. Absolutely everything one needed. Complaints about accommodation: No complaints! But your warning about the ability to climb steps is VERY necessary. I came to Granada at the end of the 1980s, fell in love with the place and never left. We actually run the granadainfo.com site so if our place is not available we send you an alternative which we think is the best one. This is why we don't use the availability system on owners direct. Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I love the area. I've always lived in the Albaicín and I lived in this house for 9 years. I believe it is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Granada. It only takes 10 minutes to walk down to Plaza Nueva and 5 minutes up the hill, you come to Plaza Larga with its shops and market.
Unique benefits of the property
The peace and tranquillity of the country yet right in the heart of the city. This place is unique and is a hidden paradise. Even Granadinos are surprised that such a place exists when they come to visit.
