The house is situated in Perrozo, at 12 km from Potes, it is a little traditional village, with magnificent views of the high mountains af the Picos de Europa. The house is of XVII century, it was restore but it has the same characteristics of its origins. It has three grounds, in the first grounds it is the dining room, in the second this is the reception and the TV room with rooms and in the third there are only rooms. It has big patio with a magnificent terrace. It is surrounded by meadow and woods, which transmit relax and tranquility.

Changeover day
We are open all day in year. The changeover day is flexible. The arrival time is the same of departure time, at 12 pm.
Outside
It is a good place for children because we are moved away roads. We have recreation area for children upside the house.
Besides, it is a site surrounded by woods, so it is possible to walk with children, to discover the nature.
In front of the house is a patio, with its garden and its terrace, and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny afternoons and cool nights of Liébana.
Coast/Beach
We are situated only 40 kilometers of the beaches of Pechon and San Vicente La Barquera, 2 beautiful beaches, but we have other like Suances, Santander o Liencres, more far. The Cantabric beaches are white sand, many are surrounded by magnificent cliffs and nature. They offer the possibility to cross many beaches, or go from one beach to other on walk or by bike.
Travel
The nearest airport is situated in Maliaño, next to Santander, about 120 kilometers from Perrozo. It is the same for the port, situated in Santander Bay, into where comes the British Ferry, all week.
It is recommended to use a car in Liébana, because there are not trains o bus, only taxis.
Distances
The nearest important town is Potes, at about 10 kilometers, it is very nice and it has many important monument, as the church, the Infantado´s Tower...it is a typical and traditional village. Nearer it is the church of Piasca, of romanic style, the other of Cabezon de Liébana, which is more modern. Liébana is very rich in architecture, there are many important monuments, and pleasant village.
Further details
In Potes, there are many different shops: supermarkets, traditional products shops, restaurants which offer traditional meals of the region, and there are banks too.

The mode of payment is very easy. When you do a reservation, we ask the 30% of the total, if the client is foreign, we ask him the card number and the date of expiration of it.
