Light, bright and modern, Valle del Sol is the perfect retreat for a holiday in the sun. Set in landscaped gardens against the backdrop of the Segaria Mountains Valle del Sol is one of only 20 bungalows sharing a beautiful pool. Ideal for families, couples or friends, the bungalow is designed for casual, comfortable and relaxed living. The kitchen is fully kitted out to make the most of cooking the local produce. There are two bedrooms, both with plenty of storage, one has a king sized bed and the other has twin beds. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath and again lots of storage. The large living room has a dining table to seat 6 at one end and 2 double sofa beds, TV with digibox and large patio doors onto the terrace. The covered patio offers some shade from the midday sun, whilst sun worshippers can take a sun lounger onto the large lawn at the back of the house.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrivals after 3pm. Departure by 10am.

| Utility Room: | The utility room houses the washing machine and cleaning equipment (and dare we say it, the ironing board and hoover!). |
| Living Rooms: | The large and light living room (fully airconditioned) consists of a dining area to seat 6 at one end and a lounge area at the other with 2 sofas and digital TV. Lots of books and games are also provided here. Both sofas convert into beds |

Accessibility
This property has not been specially adapted for wheelchairs. However, there are no steps in the property and the pool can be accessed without using any steps.
Outside
Although the landscaped gardens and pool are communal, the house has a big and largely private lawned area to 2 sides. There are also deckchairs, sun loungers, patio table and chairs and BBQ for use by the guests.
Coast/Beach
A beautiful sandy beach stretches for 20km from Denia and can be accessed with free and easy parking at many places along the coast road. The closet point form the house is a 10 minute drive.
Golf
Golfers will find themselves spoilt for choice with the excellent golfing facilities ranging from the superb 18 hole championship courses at La Sella and Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova to the 9 hole courses at Javea, Benissa Ifach and Altea Don Cayo.
Travel
Beniarbeig is equidistant between Valencia and ALicante airports and will take an hour to drive to. Please contact owner for website address should you require further details.
Distances
The house is at the edge of Beniarbeig village, within a 5 minute walk you'll reach a mini supermarket, bakery and couple of bars. Denia is 10 minutes away by car, as is the beach. Javea is a 20 minue drive, Benidorm 30 minute drive.
Further details
Beniarbeig on the outskirts of Denia, is a typical Spanish village relying on agriculture for its livelihood, an attempt to speak Spanish to the locals earns you a warm welcome! In the village there is a bank, post office, bakery, butcher, mini supermarket and newsagent and there is a large supermarket in neighbouring Ondara. Local producers sell fruit, meat and cheese in the square on Tuesday mornings.
In addition to the many bars, restaurants and clubs situated in Denia and Javea there are plenty of excellent local restaurants in the Jalon Valley, Pedreguer and Orba.
Further afield near Benidorm there is Terra Mitica, one of the biggest and most beautiful theme parks in the world, Aqualandia, a huge water amusement park for both adults and children, and Mundomar, the Costa Blanca’s answer to Disney’s Seaworld.
For non-golfers there are many other activities in the area, ranging from horse riding at 'Escuela de Equitacion La Sella', to a wide range of water sports at Denia and tennis at La Sella.
If you are lucky your visit may coincide with one of the many fiestas that the area boasts: Las Fallas in March, Bous a la mer in July or beniarbeig's own fiesta in late August.
Booking notes
50% deposit payable upon booking, with the final balance and a refundable security deposit of £100 due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Payment options include payment by cheque or bank transfer. Deposit will be refunded once the property has been checked and cleaned after departure. Please note a lost or damaged digibox card costs 90 euros payable locally (or deducted from deposit if this has not been possible).
