The property is in a quite, security gated community with private parking. There is a lovely communal pool with showers and a play area for the small children. The villa is fully equipped and comfortable with a large terrace and upper balcony, gardens to the side and front. Only a short drive/walk is the golf club and the lovely Bonalba Spa. This 18 hole, par 72 course has all the facilities of a first class club. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner or just a coffee on the terrace overlooking the course. Adjoining is the Spa which opened in 2004, with indoor pool and waterfalls, saunas, jacuzzi, massage, health and beauty treatments a perfect way to pamper yourself. There is also a gym and facilities for child care. Locally there is a small commercial centre with bars, restaurants, banks and grocery store. Alicante airport is only 20 minutes drive. The lovely white sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan are only 10 minutes drive, plenty of bars and restaurants.

Outside
The upper balcony has a small table and chairs, ideal for breakfast with views towards Alicante and the sea. The terrace has a table and chairs for al fresco eating and sun loungers. Views to the golf course and the Sierra Bonalba mountains. The garden area has a variety of cactus and palms and shady areas for that afternoon siesta. Private parking for maximum of 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
The white sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan are only a 10 minute drive away where you will find a superb choice of restaurants, bars, lovely marina and promenade for your evening stroll. Alicante is a lovely historic city and worth a visit, for shopping, eating out or just to look around. The promenade comes alive in the evening, with stalls selling a variety of goods. There is a light rail that runs from Alicante to Denia, so if you don't want to drive, pick the train up in San Juan.
Golf
Golf Bonalba is an immaculate 18 hole, par 72 course of 6367metres with it's variety of flora and fauna, numerous lakes and water hazards, tricky bunkers provides an interesting and appealing challenge to both amateur and professional golfers and from many fairways you have spectacular views of the mountains or the Mediterranean in the distance. In addition to the course, there is a driving range, putting greens, a bunker practice area and pro shop.
Pull trolleys, electric trolleys, buggies and clubs can all be hired.
There is also paddle courts (tennis) and equipment can also be hired. The golf clubhouse restaurant and tapas bar is open to all residents and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Spa offers saunas, Turkish baths, indoor jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool and children's area. Hairdressers, manicure, massage, gym. There is also a nursery facility to give the parents a break.
There are a number of other courses nearby - Alenda, Alicante, El Plantio.
Travel
Valencia airport - 105 minutes.
Alicante airport - 20 minutes.
Murcia airport - 60 minutes.
Alicante port - 15 minutes.
Car hire is essential.
Distances
Mutxamel and San Juan only a five minute drive for all your shopping needs.
Alicante city is only 10-15 drive and there are plenty of public car parks or take the light rail.
Benidorm and all it has to offer is only a 30 minute drive away straight down the motorway.
Take a boat trip from Alicante to the isle of Tabarca.

There are lots of activities available in the local area including horse riding, swimming, tennis, golf, wind surfing, sailing and boat trips.
Villajoyosa is before Benidorm and has lovely sandy beaches and has retained its character and charm. Home of Valor chocolate, the factory is now a museum. Half an hour away you will find the ever popular Benidorm with hundreds of exciting attractions, including Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park, ideal for all the family.
In the small town of Busot you will find the caves with their stalagmites and stalactites, worth a visit.
Easy access to the motorway allows travel to the historic cities of Murcia, Elche, Orihuela not to mention Altea, Calpe and Denia.
Carrefour hypermarket at San Juan is a 5-8 minute drive away.
