Excellent local bus service with connections to all major cities. 90 mins drive to Gibraltar for tax free shopping.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible though Saturday is preferred. Arrival is after 3pm local time. Departure must be before 11am.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a private entrance with car park. Private courtyard area. Very safe and secure. There is extensive wardrobe and storage facilities. Continuous hot water included (electric).
Accessibility
The villa is on one level. There are a number of steps down to the entrance door and to the swimming pool.
Outside
Outside includes a large terrace area and private sunny garden. Gate leading to residents swimming pool. All sunbeds, covers, tables and chairs are included. Barbecue. Beautiful sea and mountain views.
Coast/Beach
El Faro beach is less than 3 minutes walk from the villa. It has a bar and restaurant facility plus sunbeds. Fuengirola beach with every facility for the holiday maker is only 4 mins drive.
Golf
Nearest golf course is La Cala with a choice of four more within 15 mins drive. 9 hole and 18 hole with driving facilities.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is approx 1.5 hours drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Malaga, 20 minutes drive. Excellent Train service to Malaga every half hour from Fuengirola. Even though El Faro has it's own range of shops restaurants/bars, chemists and a regular bus service to Fuengirola, it is recommended to hire a car for travelling to Marbella, Gibraltar or further afield.

Nearest town is Fuengirola approx 4km. La Cala Golf 3km. Malaga 25km. Marbella 28km Gibraltar approx 1 hour drive.

In El Faro, there are restaurant/bar facilities library, car hire less than 5 mins walk from the villa. Chemists approx 10 minutes walk. Banking available in Fuengirola and La Cala. Fuengirola Zoo is 4 minutes drive. Local papers give full whats on information.
Booking notes
All deposits are to be paid and cleared prior to your booking confirmation. The security deposit is returned to you on departure if villa is kept in same repair as at your arrival. Cost of breakages and damages will be deducted from your deposit. All rental payments should be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival.

Hi. Jules and I have lived in El Faro for the last 12 years. We chose the location for it's central positioning - it's a quiet Urbanisation - beautiful mountain and sea views with everything nearby you could wish for a great holiday. Fuengirola, Malaga or Marbella's night life and shopping - Five golf courses nearby. Trains from Fuengirola ( the AVE fast train from Malaga - and buses from 3 minutes away. El Faro beach with restaurant beach beds etc is also just a few minutes walk. It is a really friendly area. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Have a great holiday.
