Medium sized private pool with views over the golf course. There is a covered terrace area with a brick built barbecue, ceiling fans and large table with 6 chairs. A rattan table and 4 chairs. Large patio area with plenty of outside lighting, another rattan table with 4 chairs, sun loungers, and a pergola with lights for night time.
Coast/Beach
The famous Mar Menor, a partially enclosed warm sea with sandy (Blue Flag) beaches and water sport facilities - 20 mins.
Los Alcazares, a favourite with families and locals - 15 mins.
La Manga and the famous La Manga strip - 30 mins.
Historic city and harbour of Cartegena - 35 mins.
The salt flats and mud baths of the San Pedro del Pinatar - 25 mins.
Torrevieja - 30 mins.
Mazzaron - 40 mins.
Golf
The villa is front line overlooking the 14th tee on the new championship design Jack Nicklaus golf course. Residents also have access to the other Polaris World golf courses included in the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail - La Torre (18 championship course), Mar Menor (9 hole course) and Hacienda Riquelme 8. A resident's discount is available for golf, please ask for details. You can travel to these resorts by car or take the free inter-resort courtesy bus provided.
Travel
El Valle is accessible from the C3319 which is a dual carriageway running from the A7 into the city of Murcia.
Murcia San Javier airport is a 20 minute drive via the C3319 and A7. Alicante airport is 40 minutes via the AP7.
Both airports are well serviced by budget airlines.
Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Murcia City is a 15 minute drive along the C3319. The beaches and restaurants of Los Alcazares and San Javier are 20 mins drive along the C3319/A7.
30 min drive to Aquopolis Water Park in Torrevieja.
25 min to Cartagena harbour and shopping centre.
20 min to San Javier airport.
40 min to Alicante Airport.

A temporary clubhouse is open on El Valle Golf Resort along with the golf course. The facilities of La Torre Golf Resort (5 mins) and Mar Menor Golf Resort (15 mins) which include -supermarket, golf course and clubhouse, bars with live music, shops, restaurants, tennis courts and swimming pools are available to all Polaris World residents to use.
Dos Mares shopping mall is the nearest and is approx 15 minutes away at San Pedro Pinatar, you will find a variety of shops, cafes and an extensive food hall. Nueva Condominia on the outskirts of Murcia is approx 20 minutes away with numerous restaurants and cafes, 200 retail outlets offering everything from food to Haute Couture Boutiques. There is also 10 pin bowling and a 6 screen cinema, sure to be a favourite with all the family.
Booking notes
To reserve the villa a deposit of £150 per week will be required.
Balance will be required 10 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (late bookings, the full balance will be required at the time of booking).
A £200 bond against breakages will be required and this will be returned once our agent has confirmed that no damage has occurred during your stay.
