The apartment offers a quite location, but with golf as you step out of the patio doors. You will find every comfort in the apartment. Hacienda Riquelme is in a strategic location, close to main road connections for country and province. 15 mins drive to wonderful beaches, or the city life of designer shops in Murcia. Visit the historic city of Cartegena. Or just relax after a challenging game by one of the many swimming pools.

Price per night for short stays is £40, min stay 2 nights. Linen change and clean at the end of stay is an extra £45, mid stay clean and linen change available. Standard and luxury Welcome pack available on request.
Changeover day
Flexible. Flight and arrival and departure flight times. The apartment will be ready from 3.30pm unless otherwise arranged and must be vacated by 11.00 unless otherwise arranged.

Outside
Larger patio and garden area. Rattan table and chairs and sun loungers which can be used at the pool. 2 small chairs for use one the beach. There is a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi very close by. Pleasant walks around resort or within resort vicinity.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated 15 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. Shallow warm water enclosed by the La Manga strip. A variety of restaurants are available at each resort. Further afield you can visit Torrevieja or even Benidorm if you want excitement, shops and fun (and of course sun and sand). Most beaches are well equipped with beach beds and brollies. The apartment has 2 portable chairs, brolley and a cool bag for the wine, beer and picnic.
Golf
This Polaris World Golf Course has been designed by a very special company, Nicklaus Design. The venues they have designed have been used for professional or amateur national championships. Polaris World entered into association to design to create a golf course circuit. The title being the Nicklaus Golf Trail. You therefore have the exclusive opportunity of playing the excellent golf courses on the circuit - La Torre, El Valle, La Loma, and new for 2008 Hacienda Riquelme. The new challenging Jack Nicholas course is now fully open and an excellent course.
Travel
The airport San Javier (Murcia) is 15 to 20 minutes away and can be reached from most UK airports. If you fly into Alicante it will take you approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Car hire is available at both airports. Use of car is recommended (check with apartment owner in relation to car hire).
Distances
Beaches 15 to 20 minutes away. Markets everyday somewhere within a radius of 15 minutes. Spanish Naval History, Cartegena 50 minutes. Murcia, 15 minutes. Large supermarket, 20 minutes. Chemist, 5 minutes. English Small supermarket, 5 minutes. Church, 5 minutes, Bank, 5 minutes. Torrevieja, 30 minutes. Beaches south of Alicante, 40 minutes. Benidorm, 1 hour 30 minutes. All times are approximate.
Further details
There is a small supermarket on the golf site. In Sucina which is 5 minutes drive away, there are banks, an English supermarket, post office, hardware store, chemist and a couple of clothes shops. Plus a delightful church and bars.
The Spectacular Golf Course is now fully operational. The Course is known to be one of the best in Spain, lush and green anda pleasure to play. Swimming pools are are excellent and there are 2 very close to the apartment. A bus runs to all the other Polaris World resorts and all the facilities at other resorts are available, golf, swimming, restuarants changing facilities etc.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit to be made at time of booking. The balance is payable at lease 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £80 security damage is required in case of breakages or damage. This will be refunded 2 weeks after your holiday. A welcome pack can be provided at an extra charge of 15 euros paid locally. Airport collection can be arranged. You will be met at the Entrance to the complex and taken to the apartment, we will require flight and arrival times. No unaccompanied groups under 21 years.
