This brand new apartment is only a 10 mins drive from Guardamar beach and Torreviejo. Montesinos is a lively Spanish town with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is also only 10-20 mins from several golf courses including the nearest 18-hole Club Campoamar, Villamartin and La Finca Golf Club (I can email you links to book your tee off times). There are also 3 large water parks close by with the closest being Aqua Park Ciudad Quesada (Rojales).

This immaculate apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with double and 1 with twin beds, both styled in typical Spanish decor and linen. The open plan kitchen and lounge have pine furniture, TV and a sofabed. The bathroom is complete with shower and towels and the apartment is tiled throughout.
The kitchen is fully kitted with kettle, microwave and toaster as well, as all necessary utensils for a self catering holiday.
There is a private balcony and a shared roof terrace with splash pool for all residents.

Notes on accommodation
There are portable radiators currently provided for night times in the winter months and fans for the hot months.

Accessibility
Montesinos is a flat town so no big slopes. The front entrance does have a step up to the door, but once inside there is a lift to access all floors and no further steps to contend with.

Outside
There is a private balcony with furniture on both apartments, and a shared splash pool on the roof terrace which is approx 3m x 2m. There is play area designed as a basketball pitch to the side of the block.

Coast/Beach
Guardamar beach is 17km of beautiful golden sand scattered with many bars and restaurants and with a blue flag for safety & cleanliness, nets to play volley ball, and climbing frame nets to keep the children busy while you top up the tan. Lifeguards attend on the beach every day, and is a 8-10 minute drive from the apartment. Guardamar town also has a harbour. It is a lively, but not too tourist orientated town with lots of shops and restaurants.

Golf
The nearest golf course is the 18 hole Royal Club Campoamar approx 10 minutes drive. It opened in 1989 and is 6203m long with a par of 72. The course is covered in lush grass, surrounded by beautiful pine woods and orange trees. It has bar and restaurant, large and luxurious social lounges, terraces, changing rooms, shops, club room, storage room, offices, parking, swimming pools, children's playground with babysitting, sport centre, and facilities for tennis, paddle and horse riding. Club hire, buggy hire, practice balls, golf lessons, pro shop (50 euros).
Villamartin Golf Club is an 18 hole course of 6132 metres with fairways of Bermuda grass and greens of Penncross (55 euros).
La Finca Golf Club Opened in 2001, is an 18 hole par 72 golf course. Pitching green, putting green, driving range (68 euros)
Please note I'm not sure how up to date the website prices are to tee off.

Travel
Murcia Airport is 25 minutes drive, Alicante is 30 - 35 minutes. Car hire is definitely recommended to completely appreciate the whole region, however taxi fares are very reasonable i.e. 35 euros from Murcia Airport, 12 euros to Guardamar and Torrevieja.

Distances
Rojales, 5 mins by car, there is a very pretty church, a local museum and a lovely village square where you can sit + watch the world go by. There are cave houses to explore with art displays and a house with millions of shells on the inside and outside. The river Segura runs through the centre of Rojales this is a lovely place to while away a few hours in the evening and where many of the locals spend their spare time with the family. Benijofar 10 mins walk with plenty of bars and restaurant.

Further details
There is a supermarket across the road from the apartment block. Plenty of shops, banks and cash points. Restaurants include Chinese, Spanish, English and a short walk away Indian and Mexican.

Refundable deposit for breakages - 100 Euros payable on arrival.
50% rent payable on booking and further 50% payable 4 weeks before arrival.
