The apartment is situated in the popular Bonanza Square area of Benalmadena Costa and is close to all amenities including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The beach, marina, town of Arroyo De La Miel, Tivoli World fun park and railway station are within easy walking distance. West facing with afternoon sun, overlooks the pools and gardens. The apartment has a separate bedroom with twin beds, dining seating for 4 people, American style kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker etc. Satellite TV is included with many stations including all the usual English channels. Some the main facilities include 24 hour English speaking reception/security, safety deposit boxes (charged locally), hairdressing salon, sun beds (payable locally) and snack bar. There are eight modern lifts serving all floors. The complex has fabulous gardens and 5 swimming pools, lifeguards on duty in main season, are enjoyed by all.

Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible in the winter months. The arrival time is from 2.30pm and departure is before 10.30am.

The complex is wheelchair friendly with wide ramps making accessibility easy.
Outside
There are well kept gardens surround the five swimming pools (one toddler pool, two children's pools and two suitable for all ages providing you are able to swim safely). The sun beds which surround the pools are charged locally. There is a snack bar where cold and hot food can be purchased as well as a variety drinks. The gardens also boasts a small sweet, ice cream and drinks kiosk.
Coast/Beach
Within a 10 minute walk from the apartment you will find miles of safe sandy beaches with an assortment of water sports and an array of restaurants to satisfy every taste and pocket. Why not take a boat trip from Benalmadena Marina there are many to choose from including the Tuesday trip to Fuengirola. If angling is more to your taste then why not indulge yourself in a sea fishing trip.
Golf
There are many excellent golf courses in the vicinity including the world renowned Torrequbrada Golf which is approximately 10 minutes away by car.
Skiing
The ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada are about a 2 hour drive away.
Travel
The apartment is only 15 minutes drive from Malaga airport approx 25 euro fare. A car isn't necessary as the apartment are very centrally located. However, should you wish to hire a car then the apartment boasts car parking facilities. There is a taxi rank immediately in front of the apartment complex.
Distances
Bonanza Square with its many restaurants and bars is just around the corner. The award winning vibrant Benalmadena Puerto Marina and 24 Hour Square are approx 10-15 minutes walk and again these have many bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. Arroyo De La Miel is a 10 minute walk and has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and Tivoli World fun park with its amazing, breathtaking rides is located here. Just a short stroll from the apartment you will find the wonderful La Paloma Park.
Further details
Benalmadena Costa has numerous bars, nightclubs and dancing venues. There are venues showing well known acts, bars hosting quiz nights, karaoke and even bingo. Many bars have large screen TVs and show all the main sporting events. For those with a head for heights why not take the cable car to the top of mountain and take in the breathtaking scenery. La Paloma Park is within walking distance and is beautiful to stroll around taking in the many animals (rabbits, chicken, peacocks etc) that share the park, it is also the home to the Sea Lions and Selwo Dolphins who perform there daily. There are two excellent water parks in the area which are easily accessible enabling the all family to have a wonderful day out. On the beach you will find a variety of water sports including paragliding, banana boat rides and pedalos. For keen anglers there are many good fishing spots on the marina and you can take an organised fishing trip from the marina at Fuengirola. Dolphin watching boat trips can also be taken. Throughout the area ther are many pretty white washed villages which are much more the traditional Spain eg: Benalmadea Pueblo and Mijas Puebl, both can be reached by bus & are well worth a visit.

A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is payable within seven days to secure a booking with the balance being paid four weeks prior to the holiday being taken.
