Other: The property has a garage and a private off street parking.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
1 set of bedlinen and towels per person are included in the rental price. If needed extra towels and linen sets are available for each 9,95 euros a person a week. The final cleaning costs 100 euros and is obliged.

Property is suitable for children, because there is a fenced terrace of 50m². Central heating and good isolation give good comfort for off season.

There are several (medieval) villages such as Pals, Peratallada, small cities such as Palafrugell, Palamos, Platja d'Aro and bigger cities such as Girona and Barcelona located from 3 - 125 kms.

Further details
Begur is a pretty medieval town with plenty of activity in summer months, many good restaurants/bars, local amenities (supermarkets, banks etc) boutiques and Saturday market. There are also many good beachside restaurants all along the coast. Notable beaches being: Sa Tuna, Agua Blava, Tamariu, Calella de Palafrugel, Sa Riera, Llafranc.

Booking notes
I ask a down payment of 40%. The outstanding balance has to be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival. I only accept bank transfers. The deposit is 350 euros.
