A ground floor, attractive apartment with full air conditioning and heating, on a small enclosed complex, with security gates. The apartment has its own numbered covered parking space. The complex has plenty of well-maintained green space, a large communal pool together with a separate kid's pool. Our apartment enjoys a larger than usual terrace, partly shaded, partly open. The beautiful sandy beach (stretching 14km) is only a short 3 minute walk away, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. The golf clubs of La Sella and Oliva Nova are approximately 20 minutes drive. Very close by you will find an excellent, large supermarket (fresh bakery, patisserie, butcher) and bars and restaurants. In the main season, a wide variety of watersports and outdoor activities can be found. Denia town centre is 10 minutes drive away; the local bus to Denia also stops close by, running every half hour. The town of Denia is crowned by a castle and fortress, has a bustling harbour, yacht club and shops.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. £25 extra per person, per week, is charged for a 5th or 6th person. An extra mid-term clean can be booked at £35 cost.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday with a 3pm arrival time, although other changeover days can be considered. The apartment must be vacated by 10am.

Accessibility
This property is ideal for persons requiring wheelchair access. A 1 1/2 inch step up to the front door, a wide access front door. Plenty of room in the living area for a wheelchair & straight out onto very large patio area. 4 in ch step down to path to pool area & gate out of complex.
The bathroom door will not admit a wheelchair.
The beach is a designated disabled beach, with Red Cross assistance into the sea in the high season & good boardwalks & disabled toilets.
Outside
An enormous ground floor terrace that is partly covered leads onto well-maintained lawns, leading to a large communal pool area. Access to the complex by car and on foot is through locked gates. Ample outdoor terrace furniture is provided.
Coast/Beach
A short 3 minute (approximately) walk takes you to the wonderful 14 km stretch of fine sand, providing good beach facilities.
Golf
The excellent La Sella golf course (designed by Jose Maria Olazabal) and Oliva Nova golf course (Seve Ballesteros) are only 20 minutes drive away.
Travel
Both Alicante and Valencia airports can be reached by motorway in approximately 1 hour by car. We can recommend providers of airport transfers and car hire companies on request.
Distances
The Las Marinas area is 4 km from Denia town centre, within easy reach of the A7 motorway, junction 62 and the N332.
Further details
There are many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Benidorm with its "terra Mitica" Theme Park, "Benidorm Palace" night spot & other visitor attractions, is only 30 minutes drive away. The area offers all the usual water sports, with an excellent windsurf centre close to the apartment and a dive centre at Denia. Denia harbour offers many boat trips, with daily visits also offered to Ibiza and Majorca.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable at time of booking; the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A £75 security deposit is also required and will be refunded upon receipt of key and report of no damage.
