The apartment is ideally situated for people wanting to explore the city on foot but it is also well communicated by public transport. 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to 5 people. Located in a quiet area in the centre of Seville. Countless restaurants, bars, academies and shops are on our doorstep and the parlament and Macarena church two minutes walk.

Standard check in is at 2pm and check out is at 12pm, but this could be flexible if arranged in advance and depending on other bookings.

One single bedroom.
Traveling cot also available for toddlers.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with hydro massage shower.
Kitchen: Compact kitchen but well equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave and washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Living Rooms: Living room includes a double sofa-bed, dining table and chairs and TV unit with flat LCD TV and DVD player. Also available a selection of DVDs in English and Spanish. Air-conditioning.

Clean towels and bedlinen provided. The apartment is cleaned before your arrival and on your departure. For longer than a week bookings, extra cleaning day would be arranged.

Accessibility
This apartment would not be suitable for wheelchair users or people with great mobility problems as it is on a first floor without a lift.

There are two little patios for private use and a communal terrace.

Coast/Beach
Huelva city is 100km (60 miles) away and its beaches extend from Cadiz (for 180km) all the way to the Portuguese border and the Algarve. For those wanting to relax on the beach this means there are many to choose from, the closest being Matalascanas 90km away.

Travel
San Pablo is Seville's only airport and it takes 20-25 minutes to reach the apartment by car or taxi (provided there is not traffic). There are regular buses from the airport into the city operating until 11pm every hour.

Distances
Approximately 90km (60 miles) separate Seville city from 'La Sierra', a mountain range shared between Huelva and Seville, very popular with local and foreign tourists, for its small rural villages and its natural beauty. The Algarve is only an hour and a half drive on the motorway and Cordoba is 200km (130 miles) away.

Further details
For people travelling with young children the apartment is in an unbeatable position to visit Isla Magica, a theme park situated on the riverbanks at only 5 minutes walk.

My wife and I spend a week last month in this apartment. It's apparent that great care was taken in designing and furnishing this newly renovated apartment. It's nicely decorated and has all the features needed for a wonderful stay.
It’s located in a quiet area not far from the Parliament.
The bathroom was new and very clean and the jets in the shower were a nice touch!
Our host, Lucia was wonderful to deal with and provided guidebooks and maps to make our walks around the city that much easier.
Lucia was especially helpful in answering any questions via email even before we began our trip.
We would recommend this apartment for everyone who wants to spend a pleasure romantic stay in Seville.
