Notes on accommodation
In addition to the reversible air conditioning there are 5 electric radiators which make winter living as comfortable as summer holidays.

Private pool 8m x 4m for sole use of house guests.
The garden is a private enclosed garden and fully equipped with all exterior furniture.
Car parking is easily available in the quiet street directly outside the villa.

8 mins drive to safe sandy beach. This is suitable for children as it slopes gently with no rocks.

Booking notes
Deposit of 50% is required at reservation. The remainder is due in cash in full upon arrival including, at the same time, cost of cleaning and linen, plus cash deposit (refundable on departure).
