This great apt has a large light and airy lounge with dining area, DVD flat screen TV with Sky digital and stereo plus wifi internet connection. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4. There is a good size bathroom with a shower and bidet. The kitchen is fully fitted with wash/mach, micro, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster etc. It has a terrace large enough to eat outside, plus air con./heating throughout the apt. and all towels and bed linen are included. The apt. is on the 2nd floor and it is very quiet, Sitges is a fantastic resort with its old and new charm and only 2 mins walk to the beaches, it has many shops, restaurants, cafés and bars, plus a very buzzing nightlife. Being in a very central location it is easy to walk everywhere from the apt, plus the main station is close and takes you into Barcelona within 40 mins. Sitges is also well known for its many events from the Carnival to flower festivals, so there is something for everyone to enjoy apart from the wonderful weather!

Prices are for 4 people sharing, 20% deposit required through Paypal. Euros 150 refundable security deposit (on departure).
5 nights minimum booking.
Special events dates (Christmas, Easter, Carnival) Eur 150.00 per night (2 people sharing). Longer term bookings available from Nov-March.
Changeover day
Check in time is around 13.30 and 11.00 am check out time but this is flexible. Check in at after 22.00 and check out before 8.00 will be subject to a €40 surcharge. for very early morn. check out times deposits can be paid back to guests through paypal.

Accessibility
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users as it is on the second floor with no elevator.

Very large golf course on the edge of town overlooking the sea and beaches.
Travel
Some travel information:- If you have not booked your flight yet it is good to know that Ryanair may not land in Barcelona. They land in Girona airport which is at least 1 hour’s drive by coach into central Barcelona, but they do not tell you that!
All other airlines land at (El Prat, the main Barcelona airport) around 40 mins. from airport by train or airport bus. Walking distance from apartment to train and bus station 5 minutes.

There are many shops, banks, restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets within moments from the apartment.

What a great surprise, Sitges is beautiful and so was the apartment. Great to have everything so close, especially the wonderful beaches. Our first time in Sitges, not to be forgotten!
