This beautiful villa in a new complex in a village location is ideal for all your holiday needs. The property benefits from all day sunshine and has various terraces for you to enjoy. From the top terrace we have wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. There is a sheltered porch with table and chairs for alfresco dining, which can also be enjoyed from our other 2 terraces. The village of Daya Vieja has bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery and hairdresser. The countryside is minutes away with orange and lemon tress in abundance. There are many local fiestas and parades which are always colourful and exciting. There are many markets within easy reach. During the summer there is an open air cinema in the village's plaza. Travel
Close to the main A7/AP7 and N332 coastal road. 30 minutes by car from both Alicante and Murcia airports. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
12km to Torrevieja where there is a range of excellent shops, beaches, bars, clubs and restaurants. There is also a water park. Benidorm is approximately 1 hour by car where the Terra Mittica theme park can be found together with Aqualandia water park and Wildlife park Park Natura. There is also the famous Benidorm Palace.
Further details
Close by is Rojales which has supermarkets, banks and a post office. There is also Benomar and Benijofar which have restaurants, bars and shops. We also have buses to Guardamar and Alicante.
Booking notes
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment is required 6 weeks before departure or full payment immediately if less than 6 weeks. A refundable breakages deposit of £75 applies to all rentals regardless of length of stay.
