Outside
The apartment complex is gated for your security. In the grounds there is a fantastic swimming pool, paddle tennis court and play area for children with swings and slide. Please note that the swimming pool is open during the summer months with lifeguard cover (1 May - 30 September). Close to the apartment you will find the beach, supermarket, El Ingenio Shopping Mall, water park, go-carting and many restaurants. There is a promenade that spans from Caleta to Torre del Mar. Caleta Street market is on a Saturday morning 10-2pm and Torre del Mar has a full range of entertainment during the summer season.

Golf
Baviera Golf course was designed by top Spanish Professional, Jose Maria Canizares, and is a taxing 18 hole course with stunning sea and mountain views. There is a driving range and pro shop. The clubhouse has changing rooms serves very good food.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada Mountains are approximately 2 hour drive from the apartment.
Travel
Malaga Airport is the nearest being 30 min drive and an easy drive mostly on motorway. Directions will be supplied. Sometimes you can get cheaper flights to Jerez airport which is approx 2 hours away and a very nice drive along the coast. Likewise Granada airport again approx 2 hours away mostly motorway driving through the mountains.
Distances
The flat is in a perfect position for those who like to explore.
30 minutes drive and you can spend the day in Malaga, see Picasso museum, be in beautiful old town of Nerja, visit the Caves of Nerja, walk round the historic and enchanting white village of Frigliana and take the tram from Torre to Velez Malaga.
2 hours drive will take you to places as Ronda, Marbella, Granada, Cordoba etc. Andalusia has so much to offer and the region boasts an average of 320 days of sunshine each year.
