Changeover day
Arrive and leave on any day. The arrival and departure times are officially 3.00pm and 12 noon respectively though these would only ever be enforced in the unlucky event that someone is arriving on the same day you leave.

Notes on accommodation
There is a beautiful 28 sq.m. south facing with stunning views out to the sea, main beach, Castillo de Macenas and the local hillside. It is far enough away from the main drag, however, to be completely peaceful and there is no neighbouring new or current building work of any description.
Accessibility
Access to the front door is level and direct from the car parking space so is suitable for wheelchair access (though one small kerb must be negotiated so may be awkward without some assistance). As mentioned there is a car parking space but the apartment is very close to all amenities so as to render the apartment very suitable for those who do not want to hire a car.

Outside
There is a large shared heated swimming pool (10m x 10m) for use by the residents only. The complex is small and quiet and therefore, the pool is seldom busy. It has toilet, shower facilities and plenty of room for sunbathing. It also benefits from stunning views over the sea, beach and main promenade.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is minutes walk to the best and main beach and all its associated amenities. The beautiful beach, bay and promenade can be seen in panoramic view from the terrace.
Golf
Mojácar is renowned for its golf for those who want to take advantage of the countries driest and warmest region to bask on the course.
Desert Springs, 15km away, is amongst the best in Andalucia
The brand new top notch Playa Macenas complex opening in summer 2008 is 3km along the road. Several more local courses at Marina de la Torres, Valle del Este & Cortijo Grande ensure plenty of golf challenges.

Travel
The area is serviced by Almeria (75km), Murcia (170km) and Alicante (220km) Airports with flights from all over the UK & Ireland by all the major national and budget airlines. There are extensive car-hire options from all of these airports but public transport to Mojácar is also possible from both Almería & Murcia.

Distances
The apartment is literally 5/10 minutes from all the local amenities - best beach, supermarket, many bars, restaurants, bus services etc.
Very close by are beautiful areas of interest such as Mojácar Pueblo (9km), port town of Garrucha (10km) (Both are accessible by the local bus service), the fishing village of Villaricos (15km). In the other direction the spectacular coast road winds its way through the Cabo de Gata national Park towards Carboneras (21km)

Booking notes
20% to be paid at time of booking, the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to reservation date. I regret that due to your reservation rendering the apartment unavailable for rental, all deposits and final payments are non-refundable. I highly recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover any necessary cancellations from the point of booking. I also ask for a £100 deposit to be paid before arriving. This is fully refundable.
