This charming 2 bedroom ground floor apartment overlooks the idyllic and secluded residents’ garden and swimming pool. It is in an excellent location being just a few minutes stroll to the relaxing beach bars along the pebbled seafront. In one direction, a 5 minute walk takes you to the busy port area with all its shops and excellent restaurants. A walk along the seafront in the other direction leads to the long sandy beach of the Arenal, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, and well furnished and equipped throughout, with a large and airy comfortable open plan lounge/dining room, a balcony for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sun, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
It includes cleaning prior to your arrival. It is expected that guests leave the property as they find it. Any extraordinary cleaning will be charged for. Any minor breakages should be replaced as a matter of courtesy. Your booking will only be confirmed with a non-refundable 25% deposit, the balance being due 8 weeks prior to your departure. Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Arrival is normally after 3.00pm and departure is by 10.00am, but we will endeavour to be flexible about this.

Fresh linen and towels are provided on arrival and changed at the end of the week. Please provide your own pool towels. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a small additional charge. |

The apartment benefits from central heating throughout and air conditioning in the master bedroom. An electric fan is provided for the second bedroom.

Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a large terrace that overlooks the residents' pool and landscaped gardens. A large parasol provides shade for the patio table/chairs. Doors from the second bedroom leads to a small lawned garden.

Coast/Beach
Rocky seafront, 1 mins walk. Pebble beach with swimming platform, ideal for snorkelling, 5 mins walk. Large sandy Arenal Blue Flag beach and promenade, 10 mins walks.
The Arenal has a beautiful sandy half-moon bay with a gentle slope to the sea. Monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol the beach is ideal for young and old alike. The promenade has plenty of cafes, bars, fine restaurants and shops.
Golf
Javea golf course (9-holes) approx 5km. La Sella golf course, Marriott hotel resort and spa 10km.
Travel
Javea is approximately 1 hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia airports.
Distances
Walking distance to lively bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Ideal for all the family.
Benidorm 40km, for Aqualandia water park, and the famous Terra Mitica theme park, with some of the best rides in Europe, and Terra Natura safari park. The Benidorm Palace hosts major entertainment variety shows.
Booking notes
Please contact us to double check availability and we will send you a booking form. You will be asked for a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. If the departure date is less than 8 weeks away, then the total cost of the rental is due in full at the time of booking.
We will also ask for a damage deposit of £200 payable with the balance, which is returned on receipt of the villa keys and following an inventory check by our representatives.
