Del Mar is a cosy apartment, modernly furnished and fully equipped, in a renovated building. The area of 45m2 has been distributed well. The apartment consists of a complete kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom with a double bed and the living room with dining table and double + single sofa bed, both comfortable. An extra storage room is found within the flat. Recommended for families, couples, friends and individual travellers. Fourth floor, no elevator. Del Mar is situated in the upper part of the Barceloneta, Barcelona's former fishermens' quarter. Close to the sea and the flattering Spanish atmosphere Barceloneta it is most wanted by our guests. Located between the Old Town (Ciutat Vella or Barrio Gotico) and the sea, the apartment is a good start for cultural and beach excursions, both easy on foot. The Port Vell harbour with its many restaurants and terraces is just a stones throw away. Metro and bus are near, and so is the big Barceloneta market hall and other shops.

Booking notes
To secure a booking we require a down payment of 30% of the total cost, payable by transfer or credit card. The remaining 70% is due in cash when we hand over the key of the apartment, together with a fully refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros.
Check-in from 15:00 BUT we try to accommodate ALL arrival times. Check-out usually at 11am. Baggage storage possible!
