The apartment consists of 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine, and benefits from air-conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, TV/DVD. Outside is a private terrace, garage space and use of residence community pool. 2 minute walk to the beach (where you can take part in various water sports) and a 10 minute walk to both the marina with its crazy golf, aquarium, discos, restaurants and bars and the town centre Arroyo de la Miel, which is famous for its popular attractions such as Tivoli World Theme Park, Teleferico (Cable car), Paloma Park and the Selworld centre. Benalmadena has a central location on the Costa Del Sol and benefits from being only about 15 minutes car ride from Malaga Airport. Benalmadena has a very good bus and train service (both within easy reach of the apartment) this enables you to reach places such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Mijas, Marbella, Nerja, Malaga, Porto Banus, Gibraltar and even Morocco.

Changeover day
Changeover day is on Saturday. The apartment will be ready from 2pm and vacation is by 10.30am. We also require a deposit of £100 with your final payment, this will be refunded to you when we receive the apartment keys on your return.

Living Rooms: Dining room through lounge. Large table with six chairs. Sideboard with large mirror. Settee and three chairs. TV and DVD player.
Other: Hallway with hall table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels for use within the apartment are included and so is linen. The property is cleaned weekly (unless other wise requested) when all towels and linen are changed. Guests need to supply their own beach towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning unit also supplies heating. Suitable for children travel cot available.

Accessibility
Our apartment is on the first floor up one flight of steps.

Outside
The apartment has a private balcony with table and chairs. Downstairs there are gardens with two fountains and a fair size swimming pool all of which are private to the complex.

Coast/Beach
Our apartment is opposite the beach and it takes about 2-5 minutes to walk there. There are several bars, restaurants and shops along the lovely promenade. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to rent along with pedalos and various other water sports.

Golf
There are several top quality golf courses in the local area.

Travel
Malaga Airport is approx 15 minutes car journey. We do have a private car parking space if you wish to hire a car but this is not essential as most things are on your door step or easily reached by public transport.

Distances
Nearest supermarket is downstairs. The main town is about a ten to fifteen minute walk. There is also very good bus and train service (both of which are within easy reach of the aprrtmen0 this enables you to reach places such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Mijas, Marbella, Nerja, Malaga, Porto Banus, Gibraltar. You can even go on day trips to Morocco.

Booking notes
A holding deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to confirm a booking and the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure.
