The villa is situated in a quiet resort, on the Golf Bonmont Development. The modern 3-bedroomed villa has a private garden with pool and sea views. It has a fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room. The property also has 2 sun terraces one of which leads onto a private garden. There is a large, attractive swimming pool within the grounds. The property is within walking distance of the clubhouse and also the sports complex, where you will find further swimming pools, tennis courts, football area, kids play area, pitch and putt etc. There is also 24 hour security at all times making it a safe environment for all. New facilities include a gym, sauna, steam room, spa facilities. There is also a chauffeur service to the Bonmont Beach Club (times can be confirmed at the Club at the Clubhouse). The stylish restaurant offers a variety of gastronomic delights including the subtle flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine.

Changeover day
Usually the changeover day is Saturday, however if you require any other day please contact the owner. On arrival the property will be available from 4pm. You are requested to vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure.

| Utility Room: | The utility room is located next to the kitchen and includes a programmable washing machine, iron and ironing board and a host of other cleaning equipment e.g. brush, mop etc. |

All bed linen and towels are included for each arrival and may be laundered during the stay by the client if required. Cleaning is not provided however, if either laundry or cleaning services are required, please contact the owner. |
Notes on accommodation
Other facilities at the resort include: wifi Internet access, indoor heated pool (under construction), gymnasium, tennis and squash courts, restaurant, bar, cafeteria. The pool has a separate children's pool and the provision of sun loungers. During July and August there are various concerts by international artists.
Accessibility
The house is distributed over 3 levels and is therefore unsuitable for clients with restricted mobility.
Outside
There is a private garden with furniture, 2 terraces, 1 from the lounge and one from the master bedroom.
The house stands within the golf resort with extensive gardens and facilities.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches and tranquil coves only 5 minutes from Bonmont, the majority of which are rarely crowded, even at the busiest times of the year. Bathed by the warm, crystal waters of the Mediterranean, many are located in beautiful, pine fringed settings. There is also a large variety of watersports to enjoy for young and old alike.
Golf
Situated on one of the finest golf courses in Spain, Bonmont was built to enhance and reflect its glorious surroundings. It is an 18 hole, par 72 Championship course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, and has been the host to the Spanish Open, it is arguably the best course in Catalonia. Perhaps the most characteristic feature of the course is its wide fairways, with their spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the neighbouring mountains.
Skiing
There are no skiing resorts nearby. The nearest ski resorts are located in the Pyrenees.
Special interest holidays
The resort is very near (15 mins) to Port Aventura, a very popular theme park with activities and attractions for all ages.
In Valencia, only 1.5 hours drive, you can find a city full of historic character and newer attractions such as OceanoGrafic, a aquarium exhibiting many species of fish and birds.
Travel
Barcelona Airport - 1 hour drive.
Reus Airport - 20 minutes drive.
Valencia Airport - 2 hours drive.
Gerona Airport - 2 hours drive.
Car hire can be arranged at the Golf resort.
Distances
Miami Platja is less than 3km and the beauty of Miami is the fact that it is still unspoilt and uncommercialised, here you will find many excellent bars, restaurants and a wide variety of shops.
Tarragona is a short drive away (1/2 hour), here you will find a wealth of historical interests and Roman ruins.
For those who like a little more excitement, Salou is only 1/2 hour away, here you will find Universal's Port Aventura and Caribe Aquatic Park.
Further details
There is everything you need in Miami Platja, it is a small thriving village with a variety of shops, bars and wonderful restaurants.
Booking notes
Prices include electricity and water. Cleaning services can be arranged, providing you with fresh laundered towels and linen.
Additional maid service can be arranged in advance at an additional cost (A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required). A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 250€ is required. This is fully refundable.
