The comfortable lounge has a log fire, with doors opening onto a large terrace with barbecue and private pool with seating area. The villa is set in a large mature tropical garden with lemon, orange and palm trees, the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine. This villa offers an ideal location for a family holiday. It is only 3km away to the beautiful and unspoilt coastline of the 3 coves (Las Tres Calas). The scenic fishing village of I'Ametlla de Mar with its many bars and restaurants is only a short drive.

Changeover day
Check in 4pm on day of arrival/check out is by 10am on the day of your departure.

Accessibility
The villa has a short set of steps at the front and side making wheelchair access difficult.
Outside
The villa is set in a large mature tropical garden with lemon, orange and palm trees, the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine. The villa has a brand new 8m x 4m private pool and large patio BBQ area.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Dorada (Gold Coast) is home to many attractions catering for all ages. The Bonmont golf course in Miami Platja, walking, winetasting or fishing for catfish and carp on the highly recommened River Ebro.
Salou hosts the popular Port Aventura Universal adventure park and the Costa Caribe Carribean themed water park. Historical villages and cities such as Tortosa with its Arabian castle, the Roman Tarragona and Cambrils, not to mention Barcelona with las Ramblas street entertainers.
Travel
Reus airport is a 30 minutes drive to the villa. This is the local airport which Ryanair fly into at very good rates.
Barcelona Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes drive to the villa and Easyjet fly into here.
We can also arrange pick up and drop off from Reus Airport.
Distances
5km to L'Ametlla de Mar.
20 mins by car to the River Ebro, one of the best fishing rivers in Europe.
40 mins to Tarragona.
35 mins to the theme parks of PortAventura.
Further details
Las Tres Calas is a popular area in Ametlla de Mar. There's a conventient shopping area near by which has various shops including bars, restaurants, bakery and a supermarket. Various beaches including the 3 coves (Las Tres Calas) are within 3km walking distance. It is a few minutes drive to l'Ametlla de Mar, a scenic fishing village which hosts various festivals for all throughout the year. There is a daily indoor market selling fresh fish and local produce and a twice weekly outdoor market.
Booking notes
Late deals for June 2009. Deposit of 25% secures the villa with the balance payable 10 weeks in advance of your stay. A refundable security deposit would be required of £200. Deposit will be refunded in full subject to the villa and its contents being returned to the property owner in the same condition. Damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit. 50 euros for change of linen and towels.

What a great time we had at villa Martyna it was fantastic it was everything we wanted beautiful location and most of all the kids loved the pool which meant I could sit back and relax with a cool beer.
