Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week and per night in UK Pounds. Supplement of £25 for 3rd person per week. Gas heaters can be supplied at a cost of of 15 euros per week per heater.
Changeover day
Changeover day is negotiable. Guests need to leave before 10am and arrive after 3pm.

Notes on accommodation
Owners live in the villa next to the apartment and are always there should you need any assistance during your stay. All windows have mosquito blinds. Please note that we have one very, very friendly big dog.

Accessibility
Accommodation is unsuitable for wheelchair users as is on first floor.
Outside
Large garden with 14 foot trampoline, swing and barbecue. Plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe. Please note that the swimming pool is not fenced off therefore please take into account before booking.
Coast/Beach
Cullera, Gandia and Tavernes can be reached in less than an hour, all of which are blue flaged beaches with miles of golden sand. Javea, Denia and Moraira are also within an hour and a half.
Special interest holidays
Fantastic area for walkers and cyclists.
Travel
Valencia airport is easily reached in 50 minutes, Alicante in 80 minutes. Both airports have excellent car hire.

Further details
Enguera has a weekly market on Saturdays and Xativa on a Tuesday and Friday. Xativa also has a large shopping centre which includes a cinema.
