Changeover day
Changeover days flexible, however if a booking is due in same day as your departure would appreciate you vacating apartment by 11.30am. But will advise you.

5 minute walk to beach/Paseo, Torrox Costa. 10 minute drive to beaches at Nerja ie Torrecilla, Burriana etc.

Par 72 golf course - Anoretta - 20 minutes drive, near Rincon de La Victoria.
Par 71 golf course - Balviera - 10 minutes drive - near Caleta de Velez.
Skiing
Skiing in the Sierras around 90 minutes drive.
Travel
Malaga Airport is around 35/40 minute drive and Granada Airport is within 90 minute drive. There are regular buses to and from Malaga and surrounding villages and towns. Taxi rank also nearby.
Distances
Torrox Pueblo is around 8 minutes drive. Nerja is only 10 minutes away along the coast. The famous Maro caves in Nerja are a short distance further on. There are many traditional white Spanish villages in the area -Torrox, Competa, Frigliana to name a few. All with individual style and architecture.
Further details
There are many banks in the locality, Sol, La Caixa, Banco Santander, Halifax etc. Two large supermarkets 10 minute walk, plus bakers and little Spanish shops dotted around.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price is payable at the time of the booking. A security deposit £70 is also required which is payable at the time of the final payment. Final payment must be made at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposits are refunded following return of the keys and confirmation that there is no damage to the property or its contents. I will require your flight arrival and departure details. Thank you.

close to all amenities beach, shops,restaurants, including Internet Cafe. You can enjoy walks up and down the promenade.There is a Market every Monday. Plenty of choices of restaurants to enjoy within walking distance,as well as the view of mountians. Close to all main routes if you wish to do any sight seeing.
