The garden is completely enclosed and has ample to amuse children, including, a 10ft trampoline, slide/swing and basketball net. Inside, the villa boasts 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people, a recently refurbished kitchen with a curved breakfast bar, and possesses all the creature comforts you need for a carefree family holiday.

Accessibility
The villa is accessed via a drive way leading up to 5 steps to the main entrance of villa and patio area.
Outside
Outside the villa has a grassed garden area, with trampoline, swing and slide, basketball net at the back of the property. To the front we have a large patio area with table and chairs seating for 8 people, a brick built bbq and a 2nd bbq, and ample loungers for sunbathing next to the pool. There is also a private solarium with views of Javea port. Alternatively, the beautiful Arenal beach is just a 5 minute drive away, with an abundance of bars and restaurants offering a varied choice of cuisine.
Coast/Beach
It will take you just 5 minutes to drive to Javeas' Arenal beach, a beautiful bay. Arenal beach is great for all the family with an abundance of bars and restaurants on the door step, and childrens play areas too. Alternatively discover the other local beaches and bays just 10-15 minutes drive away.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses available within 10-30 minutes drive.
Travel
Alicante airport is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes drive. Valencia airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive. Car hire is essential, and can be booked in advance for airport collection. Alternatively, we can provide an airport pickup service at an additional cost.
Distances
The old town of Javea is just a 10 minute drive, whilst the neighbouring towns of Benitachell, Moraira, Denia are 15, 20, 30 minutes drive. A new commercial shopping centre is now open just 20 minutes drive away, offering a fantastic selection of shops. Supermarkets are all within easy reach of the villa.

Horse riding, hire of jet skis, tennis, golf, gymnasiums are all available locally.

Deposit of 25% required at time of booking, and balance payable 10 weeks prior to travel. Payments accepted by paypal, cheques, money transfer, or bank transfer.
