Kitchen/diner: included in the kitchen are the following cooker, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery and glasses, pots/pans, iron/ironing board, table and chairs seating 4 and another in lounge area seating 4. Lounge/living area: lounge with 3 seater and two seater sofas, Sky TV (Your own card required) and a log burner. One patio door leading to large pool area. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: all linen is included and a selection of bathroom towels (no beach towels). House is cleaned on changeover. |

Outside
The villas are set in private grounds boasting large 10 x 5m private pools. With table, chairs and sun loungers. The gardens have own young lemon, apple, pear and orange trees along with young Phoenix Canarius palm trees. The pools are cleaned on a weekly basis. The upper level balcony also has a table and chair set. Naturally these villas have their own private off road parking.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches in Puerto Rey, Garrucha, Mojacar, Vera (including a naturist resort) all within 25-45 minutes drive. Cabo De Gata natural Park is less than an hour with its unspoilt beaches. Also a water park situated near Puerto Rey with plenty of slides, flumes, kid's slide and pool, wave machine. Refreshments and snacks available on site with plenty of shaded picnic areas if you take your own food (glass prohibited). A great day out for all the family!
Golf
There are two PGA approved golf courses within a 20 minute drive. One being the world famous 18 hole golf course at desert springs, par 72 course of 6,173 meters. It is the first desert golf course to be built in Europe rivalling any of the now famous desert courses in Arizona or California. Also a further golf course which has wonderful sea views which has recently been re-seeded is only a 30 minute drive from the villa.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada resort which is approximately a 2 hour drive. This resort has skiing at an altitude of over 10,000 feet and a brilliant sunshine over most of the winter. With good weather views are spectacular and almost unbelievable. From the top of the Veleta peak skiers can see across to the Mediterranean to the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. When it doesn't snow Sierra Nevada has one of Europe’s most advanced snow making systems. This resort is usually open between early December to late March.

A car is essential for this holiday.

The nearest village is Arboleas which is approximately a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Further details
Ideally located for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday, within easy reach of all amenities. Those looking for a quieter life may wish to just laze in the sun, or explore the dry river beds on foot where you can still see the goat herds and shepherds. This area of Spain also has good bird watching and golden eagles have been spotted in the mountains. The beautiful lakes of Baza are about an hour's drive, kayaking and canoeing is available at the lakes, with restaurants on the banks. For the children there is a water slide park at Vera beach, Mini-Hollywood the world famous film set is about an hour away - where they filmed many of the Spaghetti Westerns.
Located 5 minutes drive from the pretty white village of Arboleas, where there is a bakery, post office, small Spar, chemist, bank and a Saturday English market, Albox, the nearest town, is a 10 minute drive from Arboleas it has an 24-hour emergency centre and larger supermarkets and shops.
Booking notes
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A £50 key/breakages deposit required at this time. The total £150 deposit does not form part of the rental payment which is due 12 weeks prior to stay. The £150 will be retained until return of the key and damage inspection of the property after your holiday. There will be a meet and greet service at the villa, where local information can be provided.
