This relaxing gem of a villa is situated 100 metres from the road at the end of a private driveway. The gated villa is set within 1 acre of beautifully landscaped gardens which contain numerous palm, olive, orange and lemon trees to create a private tropical oasis. Within the landscaped gardens is a delightful Hydrosport salt water, free form swimming pool of 134 sq.m with a maximum depth of 1.75m, the pool has two safe 'beach style' entries and Jacuzzi seat. There is also a pool bar, BBQ and pool house furnished for 'al fresco' dining. The gardens are well equipped with various seating and dining areas, with an enclosed 'courtyard' area for dining leading from the kitchen/dining room. The property is 1km from the village of Turre which has an abundance of bars and restaurants, plus banks, supermarkets, chemist etc. The 'white' hill village of Mojacar is only 5 minutes away, and the beach of Mojacar Playa is 10 minutes away.

Vistas de Cabrera is set amongst private fenced gardens - shaded parking is available for 4 cars with space for many more. The pool is a private Hydrosport salt water free form pool 15m x 8m with two beach entries. There are several areas 'set up' for 'alfresco' dining and a large BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Mojacar Beach is 10 minutes drive away, Garrucha beach 10 minutes away, and the very extensive Vera Playa beach is 15 minutes away - there is a water park situated at Vera Playa Beach.
Golf
A selection of Golf Courses are situated within easy reach of the villa Cortijo Grande Golf Course is 5 minutes away, Desert Springs 5* Golf Resort 25 minutes, Valle de Este Golf Resort 20 minutes and Marina de la Torre Golf Course (on Mojacar Playa) 10 minutes away and soon to be opened Macenas Golf Course 15 minutes.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada - which is 2 hours away.
Travel
Almeria Airport is 50 minutes from the property, with Alicante and Murcia Airports 1.45 minutes away.
Distances
Turre village is 1km from the villa, with the spectacular 'white' village of Mojacar 5kms away. The towns of Garrucha and Vera are within 20 minutes drive.

Turre village has an abundance of bars and restaurants, a supermarket, bank and chemist.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking - full payment due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £350 is also required before arrival.
