Elche, with its array of horticultural gardens, street cafes, bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive away and well worth a day out. Visit the famous 'Palm Gardens' a must see for any visitor. The stunning beaches of Guardamar and La Marina are only 30 minutes drive away. Whether its all night Fiestas or relaxing cafe culture the Aspe/Elche area has it all. Don't miss the Alicante marina at night, when it comes alive with its market traders and street performers.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. There is a 50 euro cleaning/changeover charge paid locally - this is not included in the tariffs above.
Changeover day
Holiday lettings are by the week (unless by prior arrangement) from 3pm on the date of arrival to 10am on the date of departure. The time lapse is to enable the property to be inspected in between lets to ensure everything is in good order.

Set in just over 15000 sq.m. (3.5 acres) of land, this is a safe and private holiday villa for both families and couples alike.
The villa is gated and fenced around the whole perimeter and has automatic night lights.
The swimming pool area comes with 4 sun loungers and drinks table with views from the terrace overlooking the Aspe Vineyards.
There are nice walks located directly outside the property and even mountain walking for the more adventurous. The location is not for those seeking busy nightlife.
Coast/Beach
The stunning beaches of Guardamar, Santa-Pola and La Marina are all within a 30km drive.
Golf
There are several golf courses within a 30km radius of the property.
Travel
Alicante airport is approx 25 mins by car. Murcia airport is approx 45 mins by car. Car hire is essential. Please contact owner for website address should you require further details. Or there are several in the arrivals area of Alicante airport when you arrive.

With the bustling town (more like city) of Elche just a 10 minute drive away.

Further details
Aspe has shops, banks, indoor market, restaurants, bars and cafes. Elche has every shop you will ever need, as well as large shopping centres and the newly built shopping centre called 'El Corte Ingles'.
Booking notes
Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion. NB: A reservation deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival (this is a non-refundable deposit if you decide to cancel your booking). A returnable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment which is £250, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). There is a 50 euro cleaning/changeover charge, deducted from your damage depo.

Hi Jason We had a great time, the villa was lovely. We left the cleaner 50 euros, hope that's about right and we reset security. The view from the front was amazing, and not being overlooked while still not being too isolated was superb. We had a great view of a fireworks display in Aspe, and the sunrises through the mountains were spectacular. Our daughters enjoyed the shopping in Elche, and the lady on the fish counter in Aspe was very helpful. Once again, we really enjoyed our stay, and if you'll let us we'll be back soon. (22 July - 5 August 2008).
