The optional apartment (bookable only with the villa) has shower room and kitchen area. The pool area together with the many terraces provide quiet and secluded areas to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There are plenty of sporting facilities around Mojacar, 5 golf courses, tennis, bowling and hiking. The magnificent 7 kilometre sandy beach is just a stone’s throw from the villa and provides opportunities for water sports or simply soaking up the sun.

Accessibility
The villa is approached by a flight of steps up from the car port and is arranged on two floors. The apartment has level access from the car port.
Outside
Surrounded by terraces with both sunny and shaded areas. The pool terrace has sun beds and there is a dining table outside the kitchen and the garden room. There are plenty of chairs for use outside. The master bedroom has its own terraces above the lower floor. The private pool is 9 metres by 3 metres with stepped access at one end.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated 250 metres from the beach. Can be accessed via a dry river bed with no roads to cross. The nearest beach is sandy and runs for 3kms with public shower facilities on the beach and a Paseo and running track planted with palms and provided with seating.
Golf
Valle del Este top quality 18 hole course with practice facilities 20 minutes drive. Desert Springs attractive and challenging 18 hole course designed as Europe's only 'desert course' 25 minutes drive. Cortijo Grande 9 hole, tight course with beautiful views located inland 25 minutes drive. Marina de la Torre 18 hole course with practice facilities, easier course close to the sea 10 minutes drive. Macenas Golf 18 holes 10 minutes drive.
Travel
Almeria airport 55 mins by car. Mercia airport 1hour 20 mins by car. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Mojacar old town is 7kms. Supermarkets, banks and shopping are within walking distance and a choice of several supermarkets and shopping facilities within a few minutes drive. Garrucha fishing village and Turre inland village both with a Friday market and 10kms away.
Further details
There are plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes walk and there are facilities for tennis and bowls nearby. There are also opportunities for walking in the nearby hills.

Bookings accepted by e-mail/post. Bookings confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. There is a £150 bond to cover breakages etc.
