This luxurious apartment is situated in the heart of the golf district, close to the best beaches on the coast including the famous Nikki Beach. There are many restaurants, shops, banks and bars all within a short distance. Secure underground parking space. 24 hr security. Lifeguards during July/August. Approx 10 minutes to Marbella and the charm of Orange Square, 20 minutes to Puerto Banus where the nightlife never ends.

Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.
Both bedrooms can accommodate single beds or queen size beds.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with high power shower cubicle, wc, bidet, pedestal wash basin. Fully tiled.
2nd bathroom with bath/shower, wc, bidet and pedestal washhand basin.
Kitchen: Fully fitted units with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. Iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge/dining area with marble floors leading onto large terrace and garden. Cream leather corner sofa unit with luxurious cushions, glass coffee table, consule unt housing radio/cd unit. Glass dining table with 6 seats. Bamboo plant.
Other: Inner hall with large feature fitted mirror. Marble floors throughout.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and all towels and linen are provided. All sheets are Egyptian cotton. We ask that you provide your own beach towels. Maid services weekly can be arranged if desired.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has hot and cold air-conditioning with individual thermostats. Due to the high standard of accommodation we are unable to accept children under the age of 5. The terrace is available for smokers.

Accessibility
The property is on one floor and lifts are available from the car park and the main front door.

Outside
A secure development with pathways and lighting, there are walks to enjoy through the landscaped gardens with streams, ornamental ponds and waterfalls.

Coast/Beach
There are many fabulous beaches, my favorite Elviria within 5 min drive, Cabopino port and the old port of Marbella are within a short distance.

Golf
In the heart of Costa del Golf, there are numerous courses within a short distance, Cabopino, Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Reo Real and the Marbella Golf are just a few. There are 50 clubs within a 25 mile radius.

Skiing
Sierra Nevade is approximately 2 hour drive away. Our family went last year and we had a great time, really good snow and very pretty.

Travel
The apartment is approximately 25/30 minutes from Malaga airport by car and 45 minutes from Gibralta airport. Car hire is recommended to take the advantage of the area. Bus services run along the coast in both directions giving access to Marbella and Malaga.

Distances
Marbella and Puerto Banus all within 10/15 minute drive. Further afield are Rhond, Granada, Seville and many other beautiful Spanish villages in the hills.

Further details
Bank and ATM machines are at the bottom of the road as is Opencor supermarket. There is a small mini mart next to our apartment.

Booking notes
Rental prices are per week for the apartment. Price includes use of linen and towels, electricity, water, a/c etc. We require a 50% deposit with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £100 will be required for breakages, excess cleaning or loss of keys. This deposit is paid with the balance 6 weeks prior to departure.
