Campomar is a small, gated community with a family pool set in attractive, mature gardens. It is a 6 minute walk to the beach, shops and boutiques, cafes and a bank. The apartment has a large roof terrace giving 360 degree views to the sea and the Sierra Cabrera, including the twinkling lights of the old Moorish village of Mojacar. Another terrace runs off the lounge and is perfect for breakfast; the third terrace, attached to the main bedroom, is a shady retreat.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
A booking deposit of £100 is required to secure dates. Full payment to be paid 8 weeks before travel. A special price for a winter long let of 2 months. A refundable deposit of £100 is required and is returned once apartment has been cleaned.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included. The property is cleaned before and after each stay unless the stay is extended to two week when the apartment and towels and linens will be replaced mid-stay. |

Outside
Large family pool in a lovely mature garden looking out over the coast and the local mountain range. 3 private terraces, all with seating. One is a very large roof terrace equipped with sunbeds, barbecue facilities, table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
A 6 minute walk (no further) to the nearest beach. Beach restaurants can be reached by foot and Mojacar's famous promenade which stretches for a few miles and is speckled with restaurants from fine dining to great family cafes and bistros.
Golf
A short distance to an 18-hole golf course with full golfing facilities.
Travel
Almeria airport is a 45 minute drive and is served by several low cost airlines and many car hire companies. Alicante airport is 2.5 hours drive. The ski resort of Sierra Nevada mountains is a only a 2 hour drive. Granada is a possibility.
Distances
The beautiful old Moorish village of Mojacar Pueblo, with it's cobbled alleyways and Spanish restaurants & shops is a must. It perches on its hilltop and can be reached by foot or by using the small local bus which runs along the playa and up to the village on a regular basis. The fishing port of Garrucha (the fishing trawlers can be seen bringing in the day's catch from the apartment) is a short distance by local bus or car has wonderful food markets twice weekly.
