This apartment is on the top of a seven floor block with spectacular views in all directions. Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a large roof top terrace and there are two smaller balconies off the lounge and master bedroom. Off street parking is available and there is a communal pool. There is a lift in the apartment block.

The preferred changeover day is Saturday but special arrangements may be possible.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen includes cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
Living Rooms: The lounge is furnished with a 3 seater settee as well as a 2 seater settee, an armchair and a coffee table. Dining area with table and 6 chairs. Small television and video player. Two heaters are provided for winter months.
Other: There is also a table with chairs on the small balcony that leads from the dining area.

The apartment will be cleaned before and after your visit. Linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided with a spare set if needed.

Outside
There is a grassed sitting and sunbathing area around the communal pool. On the ground floor of the block there is a bar/restaurant that has an outside seating area and does barbecues in high season.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from Burriana beach (about 2 minutes by car). Burriana Beach features many beach restaurants along the promenade, as well as restaurants, bars and gift shops. Scuba diving and snorkeling trips are available from beach-front offices and pedalos, kayaks and a banana boat operate from the beach during the high season. Shaded sun loungers can be hired daily on the beach.

Golf
The nearest golf course is 15km.

Skiing
There are ski possibilities at Las Alpujaras which is 80km away.

Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport. It takes approx 50 minutes by car from there to Nerja, which can be reached by taxi, hire car or bus. We can arrange your collection from the airport if you wish, as a car is not essential to the enjoyment of a holiday at this apartment.

Distances
It is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Nerja and the famous Nerja Caves are 3km away. Malaga is 50km away - it is a bustling city with many shops, places of historical interest, including Picasso's birthplace and museum. It is also a major port and has several beaches. There is a regular bus service between Nerja and Malaga.

Further details
Nerja is a typically Spanish town, with restaurants, gift shops, banks, etc. There is a bustling weekly market on Tuesdays. The central attraction of the town is the Balcon de Europa, a palm-lined promontory from which there are spectacular views along the coast. There are many interesting walks to be taken in the countryside surrounding Nerja.

When booking, a deposit of 20% is required. The balance becomes due 6 weeks before departure.
