Our villa is set in a lovely location, with stunning views from the poolside. The quaint village of Benitachell with its traditional Spanish domed church, floodlit at night, is within walking distance and there are numerous bars and restaurants. Our villa is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. There is also a lovely dining room which leads into the fully equipped kitchen. The villa also has its own driveway which is large enough for 2 cars and is also behind locked iron gates.

There is a large terrace area for al fresco dinning with beautiful views over the mountains, with the sea beyond. There is also a separate private BBQ area that leads off from the kitchen. The garden is landscaped to a very high standard with some lovely plants.
The pool area is very private with plenty of furniture for those relaxing days.
Coast/Beach
The resorts of Javea and Moraira are both 10 mins by car both of which have great sandy beaches and water sports facilities.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses within a short distance of the villa. Javea (9-holes) 2km. La Sella (18-holes) 6km. Club de Golf Ifach (9-holes) 6km.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are a 1 hour drive away. A car is essential to enjoy the area.

Benitachell approx 1 km, 5-10 mins walk, Javea and Moraira approx 7km.
Benidorm and Terra Mitica theme park approx 40km, 30 mins drive.
Further details
Benitachell offers all local amenities including supermarkets, pharmacy, tobac, weekly Wednesday market, cash point, bank, butchers and bakers. For a wider choice and for super restaurants visit Moraira and its weekly Friday market. Terra Mitica theme park is 30 mins drive away. The coastal towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe are a short drive away as is the Jalon valley found inland.
