The apartment is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard in an elegant style. It is bright, airy and well equipped. It has both air-conditioning and gas central heating so is ideal for anytime of the year. It is above our villa yet has its own separate access and entrance. The pool and terrace are only used by the villa and the apartment and we are very careful never to invade your privacy. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and 15 mins walk into the traditional village of Els Poblets. An ideal base for exploring or relaxing and enjoying the local facilities.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
We offer winter lets on a monthly basis of 450 euros per month includiing bills and use of central heating. We will provide bed sheets and towels.
Monthly lets from October to May inclusive must be a minimum of 2 months.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.

Outside
The apartment is above a privately owned villa which means the swimming pool is only shared with another couple who will never intrude on your privacy. The swimming pool gets the sun all day and there is a seating area and garden for the exclusive use of the apartment. The apartment has a separate and private entrance.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is only 5 mins walk to a pebble bay beach with crystal clear water, popular with locals for snorkeling. A further 5 minutes walk around the bay will bring you to long stretches of sandy beach. There are a selection of restaurants within walking distance including some bars on the beach front.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are 1 hours drive, taxi transfers can be arranged. Hiring a car would allow you to explore nearby coastal resorts, meander through the mountains and countryside or visit the safari park, theme parks and local attractions.
Distances
There is also a small supermarket around the corner and a selection of restaurants within walking distance. It is a 15 minute walk to the village of Els Poblets which is very relaxed and has a selection of street cafes, a few shops, hairdressers and banks.
The resort of Denia is a 15 minute drive away and can be reached by bus which stops 5 mins from the apartment. Denia has a trendy, luxurious marina and a traditional port and old town with boutique shops and tapas bars.

25% deposit is needed to book the apartment and we ask for the balance 6 weeks before you arrive.
